Here you guys. This covers the humans arrival, the enslavement of dragons, and the ten year war. It doesn't really go into detail, but it's really just here for the information. At the end of the document is a picture of the timeline of what happened. I apologise for my hand-writing, and for the fact it's not very well done, but it was the best I can do - especially as I wasn't sure how I could do it on my laptop. I recommend right-clicking the picture and opening it in a new tab as it becomes much clearer and you can actually see the writing for if you're on the website and reading this.
The humans came by boat due to a lack of food forcing them to leave their homeland. They arrived sixteen months after leaving their homeland. There were thirty-five people on that original boat, between the ages of fifteen and thirty years. They were all young, smart, healthy and – above all – warriors. The group was a mix and match of races and religions and everything in between. They even had their own written language.
Upon reaching the new land, they separated into nine different groups of roughly four people each. Each group had three kids and are focussed on working, on making the land theirs, on surviving. The result of this is that their history is not passed down, neither are their stories or their old ways of living. They are too focussed on surviving to preserve what had been theirs to call their own.
That gives a total of thirty-five adults who came by boat and their twenty-seven children making up the next generation. Those twenty-seven will meet up with one another and have three kids each, leading to thirty-nine in the next generation.
Those thirty-nine will form roughly nineteen couples. Six of those couples don't leave home and have three kids each, leading to a grand total of eighteen children. The other thirteen couples have two kids each and leave their original homes. Therefore, there are twenty-six kids in totals.
The total population now is now 145 and humans have lived on the land for about fifty-eight years. This is based on the assumption that they have children between the ages of 19 and 28 years.
Now, at this point, the population really starts taking off since people are getting better at looking after themselves, at surviving, at getting food and water, at creating tools and using magic and so forth. Magic that is quickly lost, with the land no longer the same and hence no longer responding to their magic like their homeland once had. In the following fifty years, the population will triple – rising to 435 people. The fifty years after that, it will quadruple, reaching 1740 people. It continues to rise because that's how population growth works.
These people lost everything that had once been theirs to a land that was quickly left behind and forgotten. They claim a land that wasn't theirs, call it home, give it names. In their groups, they move to different areas to create. Two groups even move to places such as deserts and become the wandering tribes that call the desert sands home. Overtime, the desert wanderers separate into new tribes and go to other deserts, to savannahs where they make new traditions.
The population growth expands alongside authority and power and tools, all of which enable towns to be built at important locations such as hunting grounds. The building of towns and villages leads to trade.
Two hundred and fifty years after humans arrive sees humans living in regions, towns, would see the existence of settled tribes in the savannah and wandering tribes of the desert. There was no real government or absolute authority, but regions with little communication with other areas.
Initially, it was a hard life, but they were surviving. However, some people get the idea that it would be easier to attack and steal, creating bandits. With the rise of crime, people call for help and in different places, powerful bodies start to rise and fight, forming an authority of sorts. Think something along the lines of Lords in the Medieval Age of Earth – but not exactly. Similar, I suppose.
