I scream, using the desk to hold myself up, aware of the Doctor saying something... something about being deadly? I gasp when the electricity stops flowing through my body and the Doctor's bright blue eyes were staring at me with worry.

"Eva... Eva talk to me, are you alright?" he asks frantically, brushing hair from my face.

I try to stand, but groan in pain and clutch my chest: "I've only... got one heart... beating," I gasp out.

I was aware of something screaming and look past the Doctor to see the Slitheen and Green being electrocuted.

"The ID badges," the Doctor explains, seeing where I was looking. "Come on, up you get," he helps me stand and pulls my arm over his shoulder.

The Doctor drags me out of the room and we reach reception where all the security are gathered, me whimpering in pain every few seconds.

"Oi! You want aliens, you've got them; they're inside Downing Street," the Doctor calls to them. "Come on!" he leads them back to the briefing room, still holding me up.

I roll my eyes when we get back and Asquith was back in his skin suit... of course.

"Where've you been?" Green demands of the soldiers as they check the bodies of the alien experts. "I called for help, I sounded the alarm!" he lies through his teeth. "There was this... lightening! This kind of er... um... electricity, and they all collapsed!"

"I think they're all dead," one of the soldiers mutters.

"That's what I'm saying, they did it!" Green points to the Doctor and I. "That man and woman there!"

"I think you will find the Prime Minister is an alien in disguise," the Doctor tells the soldiers and they all look at him like he's had one too many. "That's never going to work, is it?" he asks the soldier beside us.

"Nope," he agrees.

"Can you run?" the Doctor looks down at me and I shake my head, one hand on my chest. "Fair enough," he nods to the soldier, lifts me up bridal-style, and runs from the room.

The Doctor runs down the corridor but we're stopped by soldiers coming up on us from the other way. I grimace in pain but smile a bit, seeing where we were and the Doctor grins down at me.

"Under the jurisdiction of the Emergency Protocols, I authorize you to execute this man and woman!" Asquith orders and the soldiers aim their guns at us.

"Uh, well, now, yes," the Doctor nods, stalling for time. "You see, eh... the thing is... if I was you, if I was going to execute someone by backing them against the wall, between you and me, little word of advice..." he trails off as the lift pings behind us. "Don't stand them against the lift!" he beams, backing us into the lift and shifts me in his arms so he could close the doors with his sonic.

As soon as the doors close he sets me down: "this is going to hurt," he warns me softly.

"I know, just do it... it's the right one," I groan miserably.

I whimper when the Doctor hits me on the right side of my chest and then back, but, it got my heart working. I straighten and beam at the Doctor: "thank you, sweetie," I kiss his cheek.

"You're welcome, dear," he rolls his eyes, smiling.

The lift opens and I smile, seeing Hermione and Rose outside. I also see the middle-aged woman and dark-haired man from earlier with them. Not to mention the Slitheen that was right outside the doors.
