~Lilly's POV~

"Are you fucking kidding me?!" I yelled as Jonah stood there, no emotion on his face

"How did you even find out?" He asked an I scoffed

"Daniel told me. He felt bad knowing that you were using me." I rolled my eyes

"Oh, well at least I won the bet" He shrugged

"I gave you everything Jonah. My time, love, my fucking virginity. God i'm so stupid" I sat down, putting my face in my hands.

"I mean, you honestly think that someone like me would love someone like you?"

"What is that supposed to mean?"I turned my head to look at him

"You are nerdy, a social outcast. If it wasn't for $60 I would never have talked to you" He stated, like it was obvious.

"$60? That's all I was to you? Get the fuck out of my house." I stood up and opened the door.

He walked out, me slamming the door after him.

I'm tired of being seen as some stupid girl.

I have a body, I just don't flaunt it around. I wear baggy hoodies and skinny jeans. My hair is always up and I never wear makeup.

I'm gonna change that.

I'm not some naive girl who is heartbroken so she sits at home and cries. I'm gonna show him what he's missing. All I have to do is try.

(NEXT DAY)

~Zach's POV~

I knocked on Lilly's door before walking to school to make sure she was up. 

It's been a habit ever since we were little. She's my absolute bestfriend and we used to walk together until Jonah started driving her

"Goodmorning Zach"

I looked up and saw a whole new person, I mean god damn.

Her hair was straightened and had on makeup that complimented her face.

She was wearing a croptop and leggings, she looked pretty but I liked the old her better. The Lilly who would throw on a hoodie and slip on some Jeans, pulling her messy hair up on the way to school. The goofy one who didn't wear makeup because she didn't feel the need too.

"Well this is new" I blurted out and she chuckled.

She closed the door behind her, walking out

"No food? No Jonah?"I asked curiously.

"wasn't hungry and we broke up" She shrugged

"Why?" I asked, walking beside her.

She grabbed my hand 

"Stop asking questions. Let's live life, be fun. Who cares about him" She swung our arms back and forth

"Is this why you changed yourself?" I stopped walking and she sighed, looking at the ground.

"Not exactly. This is for me."

"I don't understand, you never wear makeup. I didn't even know you owned clothes like that." I stated

"Why do you even care" She snapped 

"Because you don't need all of this. You are absolutely perfect without it" I tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear ans she smiled

We walked to school in silence.

By the time we got there, everyone was staring at her.

guys whistling and smirking. I hate this so much.

I walked her to her first class and turned to look at me.

"Do you like me?" She blurted out and I laughed, nodding.

"Why didn't you tell me before? I wouldn't have dated Jonah"

"You seemed happier around him" I shrugged and she kissed my cheek

"You're my bestfriend, you make me happy" She kissed my cheek and sat down at her desk

I walked to my class which took forever.

Once the bell finally rang I practically ran to her locker to find Jonah smirking at her from across the hallway.

He walked over to her and smacked her ass in which she turned around quickly.

"What do you want?" She asked harshly

"I want you"

She shook her head as I approached them and laced our fingers together

"You had your chance Jonah" 

We walked away

"So you Like me?" I raised my eyebrows at her and she giggled.

"Yeah" She nodded

"How much?" I asked her, teasingly

"enough to trust you with everything, enough to want to have sex."

I stopped dead in my tracks and stared at her.

"Sex?" I questioned 

"Uh yeah, but it's okay if you don't want -"

"I DO! I was just surprised, that kinda came out of nowhere." I rushed out

"Yeah, sorry. It's just, I like you, I have for awhile. I thought you would never like me so I tried to move on. I mean you were my first kiss, even if it was just a stupid spin the bottle game when we were 9. I want to do everything with you." She smiled

"Janitors closet, now" I whispered in her ear and kissed her lips.
