Ruby awed at her, getting down her knees to pet her. Crystal seems to enjoy the blonde's attention purring to her which makes ruby basically glows "you have a cat? Why didn't you tell me! Ruby finally got up washed her hands and joined us to the table. Lucille baked a large homemade pizza with spinach and I don't know what. A potato salad, garden salad, pasta and raspberry pie. I felt a kick under the table with a hidden glare from lucille. "B-but I'd love to learn surfing just not so deep in the ocean? " i tried to fix the awkward situation,but ruby's laugh caught me of guard "Let's just stick with skateboarding" her laugh was music to my ears. She leaned close to my ear "we don't want you eaten by sharks" i can feel goosebumps all over my body. That sentence was so confident and a bit smug, her accent was so deep it reminds me of her in the future. I look up to see a smirking katia and lucille looking at us . I just buried my head in my food hoping to disappear. "So , Lucy, tell us why you moved to Australia all the way from America " katia questioned when lucille was cuttingthe pie. Lucille didn't seem taking aback, she answered. "Well, i was born in London, moved to USA to study in Harvard law school, I graduated with honour and built a great career got married with a lawyer and moved to California He was a complete asshole to me yet I stayedwith him because I was afraid from society but mostly from my family. To top it all up i found out I can't give birth.i was devastated making me more depressed. One thing him and I agreed on from the whole marriage was adoption. This cutie was the best thing that ever happened to me . For her, I fought all along and when he hit her for the first time. I lashed out and divorced him . we moved to LA, and I took art classes, I did what I always wanted to do. Get tattoos and become a tattoo artist.
