chapter 15 - do you love me?

"So how's house hunting? Have you found anything good?" I haven't talked to Wyatt in weeks, manly because I haven't really been in the mood to talk to anyone but I've missed talking to him, he always knows how to bring my mood up.

"I actually found an awesome place, for you and since you didn't want it to be expensive----- I bought you an apartment in the most expensive part of-- the area you live in." I sit up shocked.

"Wyatt you idiot, I told you----"

"Calm down hard stuff, I didn't buy you an expensive apartment." I can hear him dying of laughter on the other side of the line.

"Jesus you scared me."

"The sound--- of your voice." It sounds like he's dying for laughter and I feel a smile tug onto my face.

"Shut up Noodles." I giggle.

"Hey." I turn my head to the bedroom door and smile at Finn. I mouth a hi back and turn back to my conversation.

"Come on you were so shocked when I said I bought you a really expensive place."

"Well because I thought you just wasted a bunch of money that I specifically told you not to spend, I hate you." I laugh, I feel the bed move and turn my head and see Finn lying right by me.

"You don't hate me you love me." I start giggling again and my cheeks are hurting from smiling too much.

"Yeah I guess you're right." I look up at the ceiling and just smile.

"Say it."

"Say what?"

"That you love me."

Something doesn't feel right.

He just means it in a friendly way don't worry.

But Finn is right by you.

Wyatt's my best friend and finn knows that.

Okay fine do whatever you want.

"I love you." I can feel Finn's head snap towards me but I don't dare to look at him.

"I love you too hardstuff." I can feel his burning gaze on the side of my head.

I told you he would get mad.

Just shut up.

"Anyway what about the apartment? Have you found anything?"

"Yes actually I found a nice apartment it wasn't expensive and it's close to where you mom and brother live, like a 20 minute drive away. I know that they don't want to see you but they may change their minds, i'll send you the address and you can move in whenever you want."

"Thank you so much Wyatt, you are such an amazing person, I can always count on you. I am so lucky to have you in my life." I feel the bed move again and I snap my head towards Finn he gets up and he looks angry. He stomps to his bathroom and slams the door.

Look at what you did.

I didn't know that he would get this mad.

He told you about his ex, she would always make him jealous and she would always manipulate him. This is probably a trigger.

"What was that sound?"

"Wyatt I have to go-- um something just happened and I have to go take care of it. I'll call you later."

"Okay well tell me when you go to your apartment I want to know how you like it."

"Yeah okay, I'll talk to you later."
