Chapter Forty Five

~Jack~

Everyone was busy and preoccupied...

I swung my staff blasting a massive wave of icy frost at the two villains and Gothel was knocked down on the ground and that's my cue to go up the window...

Elsa held gothel off once she recovered from my attack..

"Jack Go!" she said not even looking at me as she concentrated on Gothel.

I leaped up and was about to go in when I heard a really loud explosion...

"Ah!" That was Anna...

I turned and saw Elsa lying on the ground unconscious and Gothel walked towards her ready to end her life right there and then....

Not on my watch!

I flew straight in front of her and without hesitation, I hit her again...

She fell to the ground hard making the ground shake a bit...She sure is strong...

"Frost!" she yelled,her voice full of venom.

She waved her hand releasing a dark powerful ball which flew towards me but I was way quicker that I leaped to the side and hit her again making the ground shake again but this time, stronger.

I'm way better than her alright...she has no experience in fighting that's for sure

"Giving Up?" I asked with a smirk.

She was now panting and sweating.

I can her the others grunting and yelling as they continued to fight.

I also heard Elsa groan and turned to see her stand up.

Suddenly, Anna came out from an opening of the tower, followed by...Flynn?

Gothel saw me looking behind her that she turned to see.

Uh Oh

She fumed in anger and conjured a big dark and this time...it's way more powerful than before...

She was about to hit the opening when I immediately pushed her making the dark ball fly inside the window making an explosion.

"Rapunzel!!!!" Anna yelled...So did I.

The opening was now covered in bricks and other structures blocking its way...we even heard Rapunzel's scream from the other side.

Suddenly, Gothel snapped her fingers and just like that...she vanished into thin air...so did Pitch and their evil minions...and the sky was now clear that the moon beams touched the land...

I quickly stood up and ran as fast as I can towards the blocked opening...

"Rapunzel! Hold on! I'm coming!" I yelled as I started throwing away the bricks and soon after Anna and the rest helped...

"Stand back!" Elsa yelled.

The others obeyed her but I remained and continued...

"Stand back if you want to see her again!" she said..

I panted and stepped aside...

With both her hands...she blasted thebricks away with her ice revealing a trail of golden blonde dusty hair.

"Rapunzel!"

I ran towards her and saw her...motionless on the ground...she was also wounded and bruises was on her arms,legs and face...

I held her close to me and looke closely...she's very pale and....cold...

"No...No No! Punzie! Wake Up! Please! Please!"

I shook her but she wasn't even responding...

I checked her pulse and....I can't make out a heartbeat...

Tears continously rolled down my face as I cradled her dead body...

"I'm so sorry Jack..." Anna said as she bursted to tears...

I cried and cried and I really didn't care...

She's gone...I'm too late...

NO! SHE'S NOT YET GONE!........I CAN FEEL IT!....SHE'S STILL HERE...SOMEWHERE....AND I NEED TO FIND HER.....
