Aviators (and other music)

Hello once again my dudes!

I had a hard time deciding what I wanted my first "official" chapter in this... journal... book... whatever you want to call it... to be. I eventually decided "Hey why not delve into your music interests because its frickin huge" so thats what Im gonna do!

As you probably remember and could tell from my previous chapter, music plays a huge role in my life. Im almost always listening to music. Ill admit, when Im listening to music, yes 80% of the time its Aviators. Theres a reason for that which I will talk about in a bit. Until then I want to dive into my pool of musical interests and how much it varies!

When it comes to genres, its very complicated to describe what I like. Im a very sub-genre and genre mixer person! To give an example of what I mean, many genres I like include: Synthwave, Synthpop, Synthrock, Orchestral rock, Symphonic rock, alternative rock, Industrial, Industrial rock, Dance rock, and dear lord a whole lot more. So with that, I will like almost any genre of music given that its done right.

I have *many* favorites when it comes to musicians and artists! I know a lot of people out there are just as enthusiastic as me when it comes to music too! Here are some of my favorite and most listened to bands and artists and if you share some favorites with me let me know! Its always fun to bond over musicians, right?

So my taste in music is very ranged. Cool? Okay now lets talk about my favorite thing. Aviators.

As you can all clearly tell by now, Aviators (Avi) is my favorite musician. I mean, Ive written 2 Ten Minute speeches on him, so... yeah Im a fan.
Why is this?

Avi is amazing. And no, thats not just my bias fangirl side showing. I genuinely mean this. Even from the very beginning, when he was just starting out, didn't have the best equipment and still had a lot to learn, he was still insanely gifted and gave us great works that to this day I enjoy just as much as his recent works!
He has a great voice! His instrumentals are very intricate. He puts hours into making them perfect and flow so smoothly together. And his lyrics? Dear god can this man write lyrics. He can tell entire stories and build whole worlds with just a single song. He uses big words, he makes sure his lyrics are deep and meaningful as well as flow together and sound nice. Not everyone can do this (I am proof of that)

I am a fan of Avi, I look up to him, because he is an amazing musician. So insanely gifted and talented and my god every year it gets better and better!

So yes theres my "why I love Avi" rant. Woooooo

All of this music plays a huge role in my life and I couldnt be more thankful for all these amazing musicians who have changed my life and helped me somehow, each and every one of them!

I hope my music rant wasnt too boring... after I get a few chapters out about my interests and crap it'll definitely get a lot more laid back, casual, and short with the chapters haha
