Alex's P.O.V.

I moaned softly, shivering as the dark haired boy trailed light kisses down my collarbone. I grabbed his chin roughly, pulling his lips to mine. He bit my lower lip lightly, asking permission, yet I refused to part my lips. "Aleeex," he whispered huskily, "don't tease." I simultaneously hooked my fingers through his belt loops to pull him closer, and slightly opened my mouth. Our tongues explored eachothers mouths eagerly, as his hand started snaking down the middle of my bare chest...

I woke up with a loud gasp, groaning when I looked at my clock and saw that i had to get up in ten minutes. Rolling out of bed after turning of the alarm on my clock, I sluggishly moved to the shower,  wondering again why I couldn't get the mysterious boy out of my head. Ever since that meeting at a bus stop just over six months ago, he had never fully left my mind. As I stood under the steaming hot water, I couldn't shake the memory out of my head.

"Uhm, excuse me?" I heard someone ask, and turned to the direction from which the voice was coming. "I, uh, I'm kinda totally lost. I need to get to Thames street... could you point maybe show me the route?" The boy I found myself facing said shyly, holding out a map and pen.

I couldn't help myself from staring silently at him for a few seconds, seeing as with his perfectly styled black hair with a hint of blond highlights, lanky yet somehow muscular build, handsome features, and clothes that hugged him in all the right places, he was easily the most gorgeous man I'd ever seen.

"Ya, no problem," I replied belatedly, snapping out of my daze and tracing the line on the map, relating the directions to him.

"Thanks..." he said, trailing off awkwardly, yet making no move to leave.

"You know, my bus doesn't come for half an hour. Do you wanna maybe get a coffee? I mean, if you don’t have to be anywhere soon," I asked quietly, hoping I sounded more confident than I felt. For some reason, I felt strangely comfortable around the stranger, and figured I had nothing to lose by trying to get ot know him more.

Smiling slightly, he replied, "Yes, actually, I'd love that."

I was jolted back into reality when the water started to grow cold. Swearing, I quickly washed my hair and body. After pulling on a pair of faded gray skinny jeans, white v-neck shirt and white and blue Nikes, I spent the next half hour blow drying, straightening, and hair spraying  my hair. I wanted to look nice - after all, it was my first day at Dulaney High.

 Jack's P.O.V.

I'm an early riser. Always have been, always will be. I swung my legs out of bed at six in the morning, and went about getting ready for school. After showering, I stared at my closet for a solid ten minutes before deciding on dark blue skinny jeans, a black New Found Glory Shirt, and my favorite beat up gray Converse. Getting dressed was, sadly, actually the easier part of my morning routine. It was my hair that kept me in the bathroom until seven, trying desperatley to get everything strand to fall into the right place.

Why do I even bother? I thought, It''s not like having my hair styled actually makes me attractive.

Sighing, I decided that it finally looked as good as it ever would, and walked into the kitchen, heating up leftover pizza from yesterday's dinner.

"Jack," my mom said, sighing wearily as she saw me, "do you ever eat breakfast food for breakfast?"

"Nope." I replied as cheerily as possible, grinning as she groaned and lowered her head into her hands. My mother, unlike me, was most certainly not a morning person.

I pecked her on the cheek after finishing my 'breakfast' and put away the plate, trying to maintain the appearance that I was happy; that she had nothing to worry about.

Once in my beat up old car, I tuned into my favorite radio station and sung badly along to Blink-182's  First Date. I parked in my usual spot, somewhere near the middle of the lot. Like most things about me, the parking spot wasn't great, and it wasn't terrible.

I barely made it through the school's front door before I was accosted by the guidance councilor, Ms. O'Riordon.

"Jack!" she practically squealed, "this is Alex. He's new, and you have all but one class together, so I'd like you to show him around today! Also, you know what it's like to be new here, so you could make him feel comfortable!" It was then that I noticed the boy standing next to her. My mouth fell open, for two reasons. One: he was absolutely, devastatingly, drop-dead gorgeous. And this was the only boy who I'd ever thought that about before, ever been attracted to in that way before, which brings me to Two: he was the boy from the bus stop. I smiled slightly, the memory rushing back.

We sat in the little coffee shop on the corner, me drinking black coffee, and him a latte, as he told me all about Baltimore. My family had just moved to town, so I was eagerly listening as he related all the best restaurants, the best stores, and the best places to hang. As he talked, I just gazed at his beautiful face, hoping that I didn't look like too much of a creep to him. After taking another sip of his drink, he looked up and blushed profusely when he caught me staring. I grinned, seeing him suddenly become shy, and somehow just found it fucking adorable. Then he glanced down at his watch, and sprung out of his seat, swearing.

"Shit! I'm sorry, I gotta go my bus leaves in like two minutes! Cya!" he yelled, running out the door.

Slightly in the shock, I looked at the now empty seat across from me and frowned, whispering "But... I never even got your number. Or name... Fuck."

Now, it seemed, the roles had been reversed. I had been at this school for a full semester, and he had apparently just started now, on our first day back from winter break.

"I, uh, I..." I stammered, trying to think of a semi literate response. Alex, which seemed to be his name, was staring at me, mimicking the look of shock that must have also been plastered across my face.

"Yes. I do. I, I me-mean I will. I'll... I'll show him around." I finally managed to get out, just as Alex closed his mouth, which, until then had been hanging wide open.

Ms. O'Riordon squeaked a "Thank you!" before running off, to do God only knows what. I could only blink at Alex.
