Alex's P.O.V.
Jack proved himself to be a man of his word, ringing my doorbell at exactly six o'clock. Checking my appearance in the hall mirror one last time and fixing a few stray hairs, I pulled the door open, already grinning like a fool.
I saw the taller boy's eyes dart around the visible parts of the house, and I briefly wondered what the hell he was looking for. I soon forget all about that, though, when I found myself pushed up against the nearest wall with my boyfriend's lips attached to mine.
The kiss was slow and sweet, and our tongues quickly found their way into each other’s mouths. One of my hands slid under his shirt, while the other tangled in his hair, attempting to pull the boy closer. When the need for air became desperate, I finally pulled back.
"Well, that was... bold." I said, smiling sheepishly.
"Uh, yeah... sorry about that, I couldn't help myself," Jack replied, biting his lower lip and blushing as he looked at the floor.
I giggled and stated, "It's not like I was complaining. And we should probably get out of here, before my mom can attack us with cookies or something."
"But I love cookies!" he protested, pouting adorably, before suddenly dropping the act and heading over to his car, saying, "Probably true though..."

Since I had been intently watching Jack instead of our surroundings as we drove to the mysterious date, never failing to be entertained by studying his handsome features, I didn't notice that we had arrived until the boy said, "Lex? We're here."
Nodding, I opened the car door and swung my legs out, gasping audibly when I finally realized where we were.
"Shit, Jacky, I don't even..." I stammered, taking in the scene before me.
We were standing in the parking lot of Fraiche Cafe, the same coffee shop we went to after meeting all those months ago.
An idea barged into my head, and I quickly grabbed Jack's hand and started pulling him down the street, exclaiming, "I can't believe you even remember where this was. This is so perfect, you're so perfect. Our first official date in the same place as our first not-so-official one..." I trailed off when I saw we had reached my intended destination.
Jack glanced around, confused for a moment, before realizing that I had dragged him to the bus stop where he had asked me for directions. The dark-haired boy looked down at me, smiling soflty.
"You know what, Alex? I'm really glad that I decided to ask the cute stranger for directions that day." he whispered in my ear, causing me to shiver slightly.
I wrapped my arms around his waist, humming in agreement, and, once again, pressed our lips together.
After we separated, we stood silently for a few moments, soaking in our surroundings. The moment was shattered when my stomach growled loudly.
The other boy looked at me, and said, "We should probably go actually eat, you know, 'cause I wouldn't you starving to death."
"Yes, that would be a tragic loss," I replied, linking our hands as we slowly made our way back to the coffee shop.

Once we had both gotten our drinks - exactly the same as the last time we were there together - Jack magically produced a Subway bag and pulled out two sandwiches.
"Where the fuck were you hiding these?" I questioned, before hungrily digging into the BLT I had been presented with.
"I, uh, left them here earlier. I knew that we wouldn't really be able to get any actual food here, so I dropped them off before I came to pick you up." he replied, seemingly embarrassed yet again.
