'I don't think I can stand.' I said to Yoongi.

'No shit.' He muttered. 'You just had your body hijacked. I'll walk for you.' He explained, and I frowned, how does anyone walk for someone else. He walked over towards me and knelt down. I realised he was about to pick me up, so I shuffled forwards to make it easier for him. 'Thanks.' He said. He slipped a hand under my knees, and placed an arm behind my shoulders.  I wrapped an arm around his neck. As He lifted me away from the chair, I became keenly aware of how much my body was shaking.

'I'm not even cold.' I mumbled. He chuckled in response.

'Just as well, I'm not lending you my jacket.' He said, and I smiled. As we reentered the room, a few individuals turned to face us. I wanted to shrink back into myself. As we approached a larger group, I began to hear Hoseok's voice as he conversed with the people we were with earlier. Yoongi raised his voice to speak.

'Hoseok,' he called out, and as he turned to us his face fell. 'You're girlfriend, is feeling a little ill, you should take better care of her.' A few people exchanged concerned looks. Hoseok walked over to me and awkwardly took me into his arms from Yoongi.

'I'm so sorry,' he whispered, pretending to kiss me on the cheek. I decided I didn't want to respond. He should've had my back. Instead I nodded. 'Y/n, this is my mother.' He said gesturing to an grand looking woman stood to his left. 'Mum, this is Y/n.' He said.

'Pleasure to meet you ma'am' I said, and she smiled.

'Thank you.' She responded.

'I think we should be off.' Hoseok announced to the group we were with, before carrying me up the stairs and back into my room.

Carefully, he placed me down on the bed. Regret was written across his face; he knew he had messed up. I waited for him to offer an explanation.

'I am so sorry.' He said.

'Is that it?' I spat. 'That bastard tries to rape me and you're sorry?!' I was seething. 'Where the hell were you?'

'My sister has just gone missing again, I was preoccupied!' He argued back.

'You said I could rely on you!'

'I'm sorry, I should've told my mother to wait.' He admitted. I nodded. 'You carried through on your end of the bargain, and I didn't carry through on mine.' I lay down on the mattress, and rested my hands on my head, before letting out a long breath.

'I'm sorry for shouting, I was just scared.' I replied. 'I want to go home.' I murmured.

'Get yourself some rest, and I'll get you home tomorrow.' He said softly. I watched as he walked out, the door clicking as it latched shut. I curled up on my side and tried to ignore the tears welling in my eyes. The events of the day were stuck in my mind, like the afterimage of a bright light, distorting everything else. I tried shutting my eyes, but each time, images of that man kept springing to mind. I let out a shuddering breath. I changed into my own clothes, leaving the dress crumpled on the floor, before lying down. I stared at the ceiling.

I turned my head at a tap on the door, but didn't answer. It swung open slowly.

'Yoongi?'

'The one and only.' He mused 'thought you could use a friendly face.' I smiled at him.

'It's better than being stuck in my thoughts.' I responded. He walked in carrying two steaming mugs. The mattress dipped as he sat down on the edge.

'It's called 'hot chocolate'' he explained, 'Mr Jung has enough that he won't miss it.' He said, passing me a mug. I took a deep breath in. It smelt incredible. Raising the cup to my lips I took a sip. It was rich and creamy. I looked back at him with wide eyes.

'This is amazing! I've never tasted anything like it!' I gushed. He grinned at me.

'I thought it might cheer you up.' He smiled, taking a sip on his drink. 'What're you doing here?' He questioned.

'I took a job in exchange for information.' I told him. 'What about you?'

'Special invite.' He said with a smirk. I raised my eyebrow at him.

'It's true!' he protested. 'I've done some freelance stuff for Mr Jung, he holds me in high regard.'

'Freelance stuff?' I prompted.

'Information?' He retorted. We both laughed for a moment. 'I guess we've both got secrets.' He said, and I nodded, taking another drink. It was one thing talking to Jimin, who I've grown to trust, but Yoongi didn't need to know. For a while, we both sat in silence.

'Yoongi?' I asked, and he looked up. 'Can you take me home tomorrow? Only I trust you more than I trust them right now.'

'Sure' he said, 'if you give me something in return.' He smirked. I frowned at him.

'Like what?' I asked.

'A kiss'

'Piss off' I laughed, and he began laughing too.

'How about some food?' He asked.

'Sure, and you can meet my friends.' I replied. 'I live with three others.'

'What are they like?' He inquired.

'Well...' I said, thinking how I could describe them fairly, 'Jin is very kind, he takes a lot of time to make sure sure we're all ok, but his jokes are terrible, Namjoon is a friendly giant. I was honestly a little scared when I met him, but he's become the one who unifies us, stops fights breaking out, but his magic is very unstable. Everything he touches either explodes or breaks.' Yoongi began laughing. 'There's Jimin too.' I said with a small smile. 'You couldn't meet a kinder person. He's the first to know when I'm upset, and he always says just the right thing to make me feel better.' I looked up at Yoongi, and he had a smug grin written across his face.

'You like him.' He said, and I blushed a deep crimson.

'Well.. um, I sort of, sort of maybe.'

'I'd love to meet the guy who can make you blush.' He said fighting back laughter, as I turned an even deeper shade of red.

'Well you can tomorrow.' I mumbled.

'Thanks, sounds fun.' He said, and I nodded stifling a yawn. 'I think I'll leave you to get some rest Y/n.' He said. 'I want to sleep too.'

He gave me a brief hug, then got up, picked his mug out and began to walk away. I slipped beneath the covers, as he made his way to the door. 'Good night Y/n.' he said.

'Good night' I replied, and he switched off the lights.
