The four of us stood tensely beneath the clock tower. As soon as the clock struck two, we would split up. I looked up. Tucked away just above the bell was our flag. They wouldn't be able to get to it without being seen, so we were all going to keep our eyes on it from a distance. I shifted about impatiently on my feet, and watched the others. Tae was stood like a statue, and Jin was pacing back and forth. I turned away and concentrated on the alley ahead of me. It should lead almost directly to the Dome. As the remainder of time ticked by, I steadied my breathing.

The bell sounded, leaving a harsh ring hanging in the air, but I was already on the move. My feet drummed a rhythm into the cobble stones as I ran on. The clock tower disappeared behind a turn in the road as I made my way onwards. I knew I was approaching the Dome fast, because the stone beneath my feet was becoming more worn with every metre I passed. I turned another corner and skidded to a halt.

I had reached the dome, and needed to keep my eyes peeled. The Dome was completely packed as per usual, and I couldn't spot anybody from the other team in the crowd. I decided to slip around the outside of the dome, sticking to the wall. I had to walk around a vendor as I went, but so far, I'd evaded the other team.

I ducked as I spotted Yoongi slipping into the crowd no more than two metres away. I made myself as small as I could, concealing myself behind a street vendor's table. I let out a shuddering breath as I calmed my jittery nerves. I looked back and he was gone. I straightened up, and made my way quickly to the other side of the Dome, constantly checking behind me, just to make sure Yoongi hadn't been following.

When I reached the edge, there were three separate routes I could take. Since I didn't know which would be right, I picked the one right down the middle, and clambered onto the rooftop of the squat buildings that lined the narrow alley. I stepped along it carefully, not wanting to trip on a loose tile. It would probably irritate Jin if I broke my neck today I joked to myself.

After a while, I could hear voices nearby. I almost swore, as I realised Namjoon and Jimin were right beneath me. I crouched down, quickly, and flattened myself against the roof, and took in a deep breath. I watched them closely then realised, Namjoon had the flag tucked down the back of his jumper. It was a smart move, I thought begrudgingly; it would be difficult to reach without getting a tag taken off you. I slipped down the roof to the other side of the building, to the other path, and ran back to our base.

When I got there, I was alone. There was nobody within earshot either. I climbed up the clock tower to try to get a better view over the area. My arms and legs began to ache as I reached the top. I pulled myself up, then realised why no-one was here.

Jungkook was chasing down Hoseok, who was headed this way, And Jin and Tae were battling Yoongi who was able to block their magical attacks, so they were getting nowhere fast. I cursed. They all needed help. I closed my eyes to think. Jungkook was fast, and Hoseok was a fair way away from the tower, but I needed to tell Jungkook where the flag was. Tae relied heavily on magic attacks, and Jin was honestly a bit of coward, whereas Yoongi was likely to try anything to win. I bit my lip. I would take Hoseok out first, then help out the other two.

I climbed down the tower, and sprinted for Jungkook and Hoseok. I rounded the corner and crashed into him. We were both on the floor, and I rolled away as he made a swipe for my tag. I swung at him, trying to reach his, and he leaped back, straight into Jungkook. Jungkook snatched Hoseok's tag who let out a loud sigh. I gave Jungkook a hi five.

'The flag is attached to Joon.' I explained. 'It's up his jumper.' Jungkook groaned.

'How're we meant to get to it?' He complained.

'Knock him out, or tie him up. Improvise.' I suggested. He nodded, and without a word, he was headed back down the way he came. I wiped the sweat from my head, and began to walk in Jin and Tae's direction while I caught my breath. I heard Jin scream very loudly as I got closer and sighed.

'Well done!' Tae shouted.

'It's not like you were any help!' Jin retorted. I laughed quietly, and scaled the wall on this side of the houses. Looking down, I could see both of them bickering back to the dome. Meanwhile Yoongi was walking around by himself. I drew closer, stepping carefully on the tiles to keep quiet. As he looked about, I drew closer, until I was almost directly above him.

I dropped down behind him, and pulled his tag out of his belt. He spun around, a look of shock strewn across his face.

'I'm getting dé ja vu here.' I teased. He gave me the middle finger, then walked away shaking his head. I laughed as he thundered down the alley. It was pretty satisfying to throw how we met back in his face. It felt even now.

My face fell as I heard an anguished cry.

'Jimin?' I whispered as fear flooded my limbs. I turned on the spot as I tried to find where the sound had come from. My head snapped to the left as I heard another cry. My feet began to move beneath me, as I ran for Jimin. I turned the corner, and clapped a hand over my mouth.

Jimin was kneeling on the floor in front of a member of the night guard, and he was holding an arm dripping with his blood over his face to protect him. Without thinking, I lunged at the guard and tackled him. I gasped in agony as I received a knee in the ribs. Stars danced in my vision as I drew in a shallow breath. A rough grip on my shoulder dragged me to my feet as I scrabbled to stay on my feet. I was thrown against a wall, and collapsed to the ground. I fought to stay conscious.

The guard loomed over me, and began to speak the basics of a legal spiel, but I could barely hear it. I tried to move, but my limbs weren't cooperating. Then he was on the floor.

Jimin had knocked him out. He quickly knelt down, and held me tight against his chest, burrying his face i to the crook of my neck. I pulled myself into a seated position, and hugged him back. I was afraid to let him go.

I opened my eyes as I felt something trickle down my neck. I held him tighter, and stroked the back of his head.

'It's ok.' I whispered. 'It's ok.'

He sobbed as he gripped me, shaking with every breath.

'I'm sorry.' He croaked.

'You have no right to be sorry.' I whispered. 'This wasn't your fault.' I told him. He sniffed. I held him by his shoulders, and forced him to look me in the eyes.

'We're ok.' I told him. He nodded, and looked away. I kissed his forhead. And held him back. 'You did great.' I told him and he nodded, and a tear ran down his face. I brushed away with my thumb.

'Can you stand?' I asked gently. He nodded, and got to his feet slowly. I stood up slowly. My vision blurred for a moment, so I took a wall for support. As my vision cleared, I stood straight. Jimin held a hand out to me, and I grasped it in mine.

'We need to find Jin.' I said. I swore pen stabbed up my left leg. I must've hurt it when I'd fallen. Jimin looked at me with worry. 'I'm fine.' I said.

'Lean on me.' He said, holding his arm out. I took it lightly, but I knew he was hurt too, so I didn't want to put much weight on it. Together we hobbled towards a fork in the alley. As we took a turn, we came face to face with Jungkook, who was carrying Tae's jumper.

'We won?' I said hopefully as his grin faltered. Jimin stiffened beside me.

'What the hell happened to you?' Jungkook asked looking scared.

'Night guard.' Jimin said harshly, keeping eyes trained on the floor. I nodded. 'Y/n can barely walk.' He added.

'I'm fine.' I argued, then hissed as Jimin kicked my leg lightly without warning.

'No you're not.' Jimin countered. Jungkook knelt down in front of me.

'Get on my back.' He ordered. 'You two are the last left out, we've all headed back.' Jungkook explained. I climbed gingerly onto his back, and he stood up. 'Jin'll be having kittens when he sees you two.' He joked. I watched as a smile flickered across Jimin's face and I relaxed slightly.

We were going to be ok.
