Sorry for short chapters so far! Hopefully once the story picks up more of a plot, the chapters will become longer. Enjoy!

Third person perspective

A bright shimmer of light that beamed in through the window, hit the young mans face, making it gleam more than usual. Birds could be heard outside chirping their morning song. The boy brought two hands up to his face, wiping away the sleep. He groaned and turned over.

9:52 a.m. The boy's cellphone read.

The boy noticed no new text messages. Specifically, no text messages from the boy from last night. He sighed and sat up. Stretching his arms, he got off the bed.

Beep beep

Tae looked back over at his phone. Finally. It was from the boy.

Bunny Boy:
I gave you my number? Who is this?

Taehyung smiled. The boy from last night had obviously been too drunk to remember.

Message:
I guess you were too drunk to
remember giving me your
number.

He stared at the screen, awaiting a reply. He gave up after 2 minutes. Shit. Did I say the wrong thing? Should I tell him my name? That sounded like a good idea to Taehyung. He didn't want to end up scaring this boy away. Something about this frail looking boy with a bunny smile, intrigued Taehyung so much. It was something he couldn't describe.

Message:
My name is Kim Taehyung btw.
I'm assuming we go to the same
college, being that you gave me your
number at a college party.

Bunny Boy:
Oh. I'm sorry. I don't know a Kim
Taehyung. Sorry if I mislead you.

Tae left him alone after that. That response seemed like all he was going to get.

Finally, winter break was over. Jungkook was actually somewhat excited for school starting back up. Don't get me wrong, he didn't talk to anyone, and his classes weren't all that great, but it gave him something to do. Plus, he was smart as all hell. So smart that he could take advance courses. Meaning that he could study alongside juniors while he was only a sophomore. Jungkook wasn't sure if it was cooler to be with the older kids, or if it scared the hell out of him.

Either way, he quickly got dressed. Working a maroon hoodie, black skinny jeans, and his favorite pair of Timbs. Today was going to be his day.

   Or so he thought.

The first day back was passing by incredibly slow for Taehyung. He was still only in third period, when it seemed like it should be his sixth.

After what seemed like hours in the same AP science class, the bell finally rang. Giving the junior a sense of relief. He gathered his things, and was out the door in an instant.

Once outside, he pulled a folded piece of paper out from his pocket. It was his schedule. His eyes skimmed down to fourth period health and resources, looking for the room number. After reading 1465, he headed up some stairs to the 1400 hall.

Jungkook sat down in his chair. Exhausted already from the influx of new teachers and new assignments. He looked at his phone clock, 12:59 p.m. The bell for his next class would ring in one minute.

He jumped a bit in his seat when the sound of the door getting slammed open filled the room. Jungkook kept his eyes glued to his schedule sheet in front of him, not wanting to make any awkward eye contact with anyone.

He heard heaving breathing next to him. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a tall boy sit down next to him. Jungkook remained focused on the white paper in front of him. Until-
