Amy's Pov

"Jury, do you want them to take the test?" Judge Miller asked.

"Yes, we are so confused on who to believe." The head jurymen said.

"Bring in the test, we can put an end to this now." Judge Miller said, "Amy, stay where you are, You are first."

I nodded my head yes, I looked at Mark and he looked so scared. This is just a lie detector test, I tell the truth and they see that Mark is my hero and not a monster. It didn't take that long for them to bring it in and set it up. They strapped me in and hooked everything they needed to, to me.

"We will start the questions off easy then get into it, I will be asking the questions." Judge Miller said, "This is Sam, he is going to be reading off if you are telling the truth or not. He has no idea what this case is about. Sam are you ready?"

He must have shaken his head because I didn't hear him.

"Amy, is your name Amy Nelson?"

"Yes."

"Do you have blonde hair?"

"Yes."

"Are you in a courtroom right now?"

"Yes."

"Do you feel that Mark is guilty?"

"No."

"Sam, do you have a clear reading?" Miller asked.

Again no verbal response, he was sitting behind me kind of so it is really hard to see him, even if I turn my head.

"Amy, did Mark save you?"

"Yes."

"Did you want to be saved?"

"Yes."

"Has Mark ever hurt you?"

"No."

"Has Jorden ever hurt you?"

"Yes."

There was a pause.

"Amy is Jorden the mastermind behind all of this."

"Yes."

There was a long pause.

"Do you love Mark for who he is and not because he saved you?"

"Yes."

I looked up at Mark and saw a smile form on his face.

"No more questions for you next up is Mark."

"Hey Amy, I have a question," Jorden said. "Do you know why your parents never want to see you?"

"They have always been too busy with other stuff, It has always been like that," I said walking past her.

"Or They paid Kenny to kidnap you."

"That is enough Jorden. Amy go sit down." I kept walking as the officer had me sit next to Sean.

"You did great, you should know but you told all truths. And don't worry about Jorden, she is trying to set you off." Sean said as I sat next to him.

"How can they not believe Mark and me? They even had Kenny tell them that she is part of this!"

"Jorden has been very busy talking shit into everyone's ears, she is trying to get out of the test."

"No, we are taking it, she has too!"

"The jury is not going to let her go that easy."

"Mark, I am going to do the same for you as I did for Amy, are you ready?"
