Mark's Pov

"Order in the court, Kenny behave." The judge said Tyler and Sean let me go as Amy hid her face in my chest.

"I am sorry judge but I have a little tiff with Mark. He killed my friend."

Bubba.

"We will talk to him later, keep your attitude in check Kenny."

"Okay, so you know it was rape?" They went back to ask him the questions.

"Yes, that's why you train them so it doesn't count."

"It does still count if they didn't want it."

"Kitty? did you want it?" He looked right at Amy.

"No." She looked at him. "I didn't want any of it." She was trying to sound strong, but her voice broke at the end.

"Yes, you did." Kenny tried to stand up but he the guard next to him pushed him back down.

"I have more questions but I will not ask them since he is playing games."

"Kenny go back to your seat." The judge said.

The guard picked him up and dragged him to his seat, he tried to look at Amy but the guard blocked his view.

"We call Ryan to the stand."

Ryan walked to the stand and their side asked him a bunch of questions,

"Ryan, why did you do it?"

"At first I didn't like the idea, I was trying to put a stop to it. But after I realized just how much fun it was, I wasn't able to stop. Just think of the idea of getting whatever you wanted whenever you wanted. I used them for more than just sex, my house was always clean and there was a plate of food waiting for me when I got home."

"Is the story about your daughter being kidnapped true?"

"No, we just needed a backstory for me so Mark wouldn't catch on."

I figured it was a lie.

"Are you truly sorry for what you did?"

"Not 100%, I didn't kill anyone I just used them."

I wasn't able to pay too much attention to the rest of the questions, my mind was racing. I rubbed Amy's back as she leaned into me. I knew today was going to be hard for her but I didn't think Kenny would do that. I know he is an asshole but that crossed the line. If the guys didn't stop me from getting up I would be in handcuffs right now.

"We want to call Mark to the stand."

I kissed Amy's head then headed over and sworn in.

"Officer Fishbach please, tell us here about the overcover job you were assigned too."

"Sure, I was assigned to help in the investigation of kidnappings in our area. These kidnappings were different then what we are used to because there have been reports that they were spotted on the dark web being sold."

"How did they know they were on the dark web?"

"An officer was sent a website and once he went on it he saw that it was a bidding site."

"Were you giving the site?"

"Yes, I was given all three to look at."

"How many times did you go on the sites?"

"All the time, I wanted to remember their faces so I can help them."

"You said that the mission went south, what do you mean by that?"
