Tom's Pov-

"Do you ever think, "holy hell i'm going to miss this," when you're living in that moment? It's crazy how nothing lasts forever can be so comforting and nerve wracking at the same time." Her hands were behind her head and her legs were outstretched on the ground beneath us.

After out late night dinner she spoke of how she hated living where seeing the stars were rare. She wasn't asking anything of me nor expecting something. But the way her voice sounded saddened I wanted to go out of my way to give her the stars. So we drove out of my comfort zone in a place I've never been. (Name) fell asleep in the car almost instantly but as soon as I stopped the car her head shot up.

With blankets and pillows we made a impromptu seating in a grassy field.

"I believe it makes the saying live in the moment harder."
I responded looking over at her. Her eyes were up at the sky and she didn't notice me looking at her. Ever since I flew out she never noticed how I looked at her. Whether absentmindedly or on purpose it always happened.

"Especially when you're going to miss the moment... It's going to suck when you leave."

I had been trying to force the thought of leaving out of my head. I didn't want to but she had a life and I do as well. Being around her was an adventure figuratively and literally. It would be strange to not see her everyday now. It was only Friday night, well really early Saturday morning. Today would be the last full day with her and I knew I'd have to catch an early flight back.

"What do you think about Love ?"

"Excuse me?" I said quickly looking at her with wide eyes. I didn't this She could be insinuating something? Earlier today when I finally managed to make it to her away from the horde of fans. Our greeting and many hugs were met with dozens of pictures and videos. The bulk of it was when we exchanged gifts and now the media is in a frenzy. Dubbing her my mystery lady. She hadn't mentioned it yet but maybe she's attempting it. 

"You were looking all sad and British so I thought I'd change the conversation. Now that I said it out loud it sounds worse than the conversation before."Her hand drifted towards mine but didn't make any move to hold it. It just sat there tempting me and my need for just being in her presence.

"I think it's... Nice?"
It was the stupidest answer ever and I regretted it instantly.She continued staring blankly forward for a second or two before saying," I mean, do you believe in it?"

"From time to time."

"What about your last girlfriend? Taylor–was it?"
