Request: Here's my write-tober request. I'ts okay if it's short I expect it to be. I know you said you were going to write another part for Short II and I cannot wait EEEEEK I love that story so much. But I was thinking about how Loki was gone for a long time, and how Thor and reader were together for almost all the milestones and I liked the scene in the short where they pressed their heads together and were just understanding each other like that. Really vulnerable and sweet and i'd like to see a short about their relationship without Loki and them being all vulnerable and sweet together as they enter adult hood. Maybe reader as the one who encouraged the relationship with Sif? And gave Thor his cape and he gave her something in return? I just feel like they would have grown up extra close because reader was scared to lose him too.

Notes: I was going to write more to show their relationship but I had accidentally deleted all the work that I was required to complete for my responsibilities aside from here. I usually want to bash my brains in with a bat but that really took the cake. I had to scramble and re write all those long paragraphs before a deadline and write this. I'm sorry if it's not as good as my usual work. After I finished the painstakingly painful task of work work I didn't want to write anything ever again. I forced myself because I'm a woman of my word. I know it's not fantastic but hopefully I'll make up for it tomorrow in the form of a clean slate.

Write-tober day four: October fourth

Word of the day: Worn

I apologize for all typos and errors, i'm tired and I rushed to complete this.

"I think Sif likes me," a rugged and handsome young Thor started, flicking a piece of straw off your cheek as you read aloud t him. You knew he was only half listening but whenever you passed or stopped reading he would perk up and beg for you to continue.

"Everyone likes you," you replied, hardly gazing up at the young God from your tantalizing book. The book was full of poems and Thor's speaking allowed you to try and read them quietly to yourself.

"(Name)," Thor groaned, rolling onto his back and staring upwards at the sky. Sounds of buzzing coming from the bees and calls of wild peacocks ran rapidly about the garden. There were sequels for some of the workers children as they ran about frolicking and playing like you and Thor had once did in your youth.

"Fine," you huffed closing the book and resting it in your lap," do you like her?" You questioned smiling slightly at how peaceful Thor  looked in the sun. He was a child of the sun with his golden locks and light stubble, blue eyes that made the sky tremble in envy and a hearty laugh that could cure the ill. You flocked to him like a moth on an open flame, he was your sunshine and you could imagine life without him.

You wouldn't be able to keep living.

Not anymore.

" She's pretty I suppose... who do you like (Name)? You never speak of even the smallest bit of feelings. Not even about someone as lovely as I, you must enjoy my company." He quickly added, smiling slyly up at you from the corner of his eyes. Snatching your thick black book from your lap before you could pretend fascination in it again.

"No one at all," you said, leaning over Thor to snatch it back but not without a bit of a struggle from his grasp. He was stronger still, one arm wrapped around you as you stretched to grab your property. If you hadn't needed one arm to support yourself you would have liked to think you would have won the tug of war.

"You like me don't you? We see each-other day in and day out." Thor finally let go of your book pouting as he did so, stretching his body out flat and leaving his strong arms to rest behind his head. You sighed softly, not wanted to tell just how much you cared about him. He'd only gush but certainly throw it back in your face further down the line in the form of teasing.
