you sowed flower seeds on this land
then we walked in garden of roses togetherevery little thing transpired between us
came with the downpour
our flowers blossomed bright and beautiful
striking red and white roses
stems standing tall under the pouring rain
water droplets dripping from our petalsthen you fed me poison
it was raining acid
our flowers withering as the clock ticked
red and white now dull brown
sunlight shone no more
dark clouds taking over the sky
then they awaited their deathi watched as each died
the things i loved about you
the nights our soul became one
the days we had no care in world
now nothing but dead roses
rotting on a deserted landall that is left now are ashes
sown on this drought land
no more dead roses to cry over
no chance of one budding again
only waiting for the next breeze
to sweep every leftover away
poison and thorns only remain____ . ____
when you decide to move on 😼
