Dulse was one of those guys who never stops working. He doesn't learn to take a break often enough and often gets super stressed. So stressed that his partner, you don't bother to learn her name, forces him to take a day off. This man was like Alexander Hamilton, working like he's running out of time. Working day and night like he's running out of time. Every day he fights like he's running out of time. That just made you, his girlfirend, a little ticked tou don't get time with him.
So when Dulse as rushing out the door because he didn't hear his alarm go off, you grabbed the back of his collar and spun him around to face you. You glared at him with your hands on your hips like a sassy mother not wanting her son to go to that emo concert. You waited for him to hit the realization and sigh, but it didn't come. Dulse just looked confused.
"Day off ring a bell?"
Dulse sighed and walked back to the room to get changed out of this big metal contraptions he called his uniform. You snickered when he was gone. You can't wait to spend the whole day with your darling Dulse! Maybe go on a lunch date, cuddle on the couch, walk around town... it's a day for just you and-
"Would you mind if I visit a friend today? If I have no work."
Your heart shattered. He wanted to spend time with someone else? Well, he rarely spends time with you anyways and his coworker was female so of course you would be a hecka other jealous! You wanted to have plans and have a date day! But... Dulse never gets to hang out with his friends, whoever they are. You sighed.
"Yes dead. Just... be home for dinner this Time?"
Dulse smiled whatever smile he could get on that kuudere face and rushed out of the door. You sighed and flopped onto the couch. Another day with having no one to keep you company except some hot guys in contests from other regions streaming on the internet. No one but your one household pokemon rockruff, who is sleeping right now, to keep you company on Dulse's no work day.

Yeah, it's short. I'm sorry. I can't write good any more. I wanted to get to at least five hundred words but I got stuck at four hundred and ended it.
