"Cassie, Cassie are you even listening to me?" Olivia groaned.

She had been speaking to me the whole while about going to the clinic and how excited she was to find out my baby's gender, and I was lost in my phone looking at the text messages that I had been sending to Diego.

"C'mon Cass put your phone down I thought you let that go." She sighed as we pulled into the parking lot.

"I know, I know." I sighed.

She placed the car in park and gave me a concerned look.

"Look I know you may regret not telling him and you may feel it's too late but-"

"I did tell him..." I cut her off.

"Wait what?"

"I told him two months ago and he didn't believe me. He thought I was faking and lying about the whole thing." I played with my fingers.

"How come you didn't tell me?" Olivia questioned.

"I felt like I didn't need to, and I was too embarrassed."

"Cass you should never be embarrassed to tell me of all people anything that is wrong with you." She patted my shoulder, "Besides nothing is wrong with being a single mother look at me." Olivia beamed as she looked in the backseat at Maggie who was fast asleep.

"You're right." I replied.

"And plus you're doing a great job at hiding you're pregnancy, better than me at least." She laughed.

"I'm gonna have to tell my mom eventually." My eyes trailed off to the swaying trees outside.

"Everything is gonna be fine, now let's go we don't wanna be late." Olivia hopped out of the car and grabbed Maggie, who still hadn't woken up.

As Olivia and I made our way into the all too familiar building, an all too familiar face crossed our path.....Candy.

"Cassie?!" She blurted out.

"Candy." I gave a broad smile.

She pulled me into a hug, gripping me tight then finally pulling away.

"Out of all the places that I suspected to run into you at, this isn't one." She laughed, "What brings you here?"

"Maggie needed a check up." Olivia cut in which completely saved me.

"Oh wow, well that's nice." She replied.

"What brings you here though?" I asked.
