I was with Jace, Clary, Isabelle, and Hodge talking about how to find Dot one of the Warlock whose close to Jocelyn Fairchild-Morgenstein however I couldn't find Nadia anywhere then I saw heard her boots clicking towards the kitchen but she was holding an old book in her hands. I excused myself and followed her to the library, when I got to the door it was barely closed all the way. Play video:

I woke up and got dressed and grabbed the letter and old photo album and walked towards the library trying to avoid Alec and the others I need answers and I'll find them in the library. I heard someone following me I figured it was Alec he's too curious for his own good, I went into the library and settled down at one of the couches and pulled out the letter my parents left me and read it. Not hearing Alec come into the library. *In the Institute Library that morning with Alec and Nadia together* ~Alec Lightwood's POV~ I sat beside Nadia as she placed the letter down and tears came down pouring from her beautiful brown eyes, I took out a handkerchief and wiped those tears away. Then held her hand and said"Nadia what's wrong I know today's the day your parents died," then Nadia gave me the letter that her parents wrote for her. It went something like this. Dear Nadia, If you are reading this then I'm no longer with you your Father is with you trying to protect you from demons and circle members who work for Valentine. You my darling daughter come from a long line of Shadowhunters your ancestors Tessa Gray and Jem Carstairs fell in love and left their descendants clues to find their treasure of the all, it's been passed down from generation to generation. I told you father to take you and your brother and hide you guys from these bad people, I want you to know that both you and your brother Harry wear a ring that never comes off it protects you from demons and other things. I wish your Father and I could be with you teaching you guys how to be a Shadowhunter. But know that your brother and you have demon blood in your veins it might give you an advantage at some point in your lives. We love you both which is why I leave this letter and an old photo album for you and Harry. Valentine is close to breaking the shield door down your Father by the time will have sent you and Harry through a portal to Magnus Bane.
