During the winters of New York I was planning Jewel's 3rd birthday since she was turning 3 today December 2nd, 1998 she's a very good baby so far so this morning I got dressed into a dress my mother would wear when it was chilly outside. So I kept on planning before Alec came into my office to discuss something important but not before I Izzy came into grab the planning schedule I have made for Jewel's birthday today I don't want it to be ruined today of all days. While I was doing my thing and getting some papers organized Jewel was in her play pen on the floor playing with her toys and listening to music while I did my work and Alec and I had our little "meeting". ~Isabelle Lightwood's POV~

When I woke up this morning I warmed up Jewel's milk bottle and made Nadia hot chocolate since she and Alec have some things to talk about, so then when I got to her office Alec was in there speaking to Nadia as she was planning Jewel's birthday today it's not gonna be big and grand it's just a simple small birthday for just us. So I gave Jewel her bottle and she began to drink her milk before taking the list that Nadia held out to me before going to make some magic happen as for Jace and Clary they were with Jocelyn and Magnus in some part of the Institute, then I went to the kitchen to see if we have any of these things that's on Nadia's list.
