At the New York Institute in the training room that day Nadia was up and feeling better and wanted to train os she went in the training room and grabbed her pair of sais with 2 dummy targets to practice on not realizing that Alec was behind her in the room standing by the door watching her. So then as such I took some throwing knives and stood at a certain distance and threw them in the dummies head and stomach. "You should be resting Nadia you know the doctors orders," Alec said from behind me then I froze throwing one last knife at the dummy before I turned around to see him standing at the doorway holding a throwing knife that I was going to pick up. When I woke up this morning to do some paperwork and get some training in I heard noises from the training room and when I got there I saw the woman that I love training even though she should be resting Nadia had grabbed her pair of sais that laid in a nice box with her initials on the box cover with 2 dummy targets to practice on not realizing that I was behind her in the room standing by the door watching her. So then as such Nadi took some throwing knives and stood at a certain distance and threw them in the dummies head and stomach.
