Today, Axl and I were meeting the real estate agent at the Malibu mansion to fill out some paperwork so we can officially own the place.
"I'm so excited!" I told Axl on our way over.
"I love how you want to live here and you haven't even seen the place yet," Axl laughed.
"It's a mansion. I could live in any mansion," I replied eagerly.
"I agree. A big house is a big house," He said.
When we got there, the real estate agent was already waiting for us. We got out of the car, approached the real estate agent, who was still sitting in his car. In his hands were tons of paperwork, and he had two very nice pens in the breast pocket of his shirt.
"Do you want a tour of the place first?" He asked the two of us, stepping out of his car.
"No. We're signing," I said. Just by the looks of the gorgeous, off-white Malibu mansion, I didn't need to see the inside. I already love it.
The agent looked over at Axl and raised his eyebrows.
"I guess we'll take the house first," Axl laughed.
"Well, okay then. Just sign here and here," The real estate agent said, handing us the papers and the pens from his pocket.
After we signed everything, he gave us keys to the mansion.
"It's all yours," He said, smiling.
"Oh my god! Look at this place!" I exclaimed, running up to the front door.
"My lady," Axl said, offering me the keys.
I took them, unlocked the front door, and walked inside. I was in shock at the beauty of the place. It was gigantic. The floors were marble, and my shoes made clicking noises when I walked around. There was a large window with a view of the ocean, and an in-ground pool in the back.
Then, I started laughing. Axl laughed, too.
"What's so funny, Lucy?" Axl asked.
"Axl, we don't have enough furniture for this place. In fact, we just have a bed and a couch. We need to go shopping!" I told him and playfully punched him in the arm.
"Furniture shopping? I'm in a fucking band, I didn't sign up for this," Axl joked, putting his hand on his hip.
"Well, too bad," I joked back.
"Although," Axl began, "I have an idea. Follow me," Axl said, and he took me up a beautiful, winding staircase.
"This room," He said, opening two doors, "Will be ours. The bed can go here, and I'll put a grand piano here," Axl said.
The room was large enough to be four rooms in one. It had its own bathroom and a walk-in closet along with a balcony with a lovely view of the beach.
"We can put a dresser here," I said, then I gasped.
"What? What is it, Lucy?" Axl asked eagerly.
I turned around. "Axl, we should get a dog!" I exclaimed.
"A dog?" He laughed.
"Yeah, a dog! I've always wanted a dog," I said.
"Then we'll get one. And it can have its own room, too," He chuckled and I smiled.
"Come on, let's go get some shit for this place," I said.
"And we're getting you a car, too," Axl told me, and I took Axl's hand.
"I would love that," I said as we walked down the large, spiral staircase.

We ended up with some leather couches and a beautiful, white grand piano to go in our bedroom. We got rid of all the furniture in the apartment and got all new stuff. I even got a large, abstract painting to hang on the wall.
"Beach front mansion with her one true love. It's everyone's dream," I told Axl as we stood on the balcony of our bedroom, and looked out over the setting sun.
Axl put his arm around me. "I have a feeling we're going to make a lot of good memories here," He said.
"How long do you plan to stay here?" I asked.
"Well," He began, "As of now, as long as I live. I mean, look at the place."
I smiled. "It is beautiful," I agreed.
Then, I frowned and pulled away from Axl. I've been so caught up in my own life that I forgot about the situation with Megan and Molly. I just remembered that Molly and Megan were in danger. I had completely forgotten.
"Axl, I-" I couldn't finish my sentence. My mind was racing.
"Lucy? What is it? What's wrong?" Axl asked, putting his hand on my arm.
"Axl, my sister. I haven't checked in. I need to go see her," I said.
I could tell Axl was bothered by my sudden concern, but he nodded in agreement.
"You're right. She's your sister and you should check up on her," Axl said.
"Come with me?"
Axl nodded. "Of course."
It felt good to have his support.
