Chapter 17:Something New

Kaiba POV
It's been a few weeks since my wedding was announced and let me tell you this if I hear another word about my wedding someone is getting fired. So far Luna has been doing the planning and letting me know about it and asks me if I want any changes. My little brother Mokuba has been talking about the wedding nonstop it's starting to get on my nerves. Speaking about Mokuba he should have been here by now his school ended 15 minutes ago "Nathaniel have you picked up Mokuba yet?" I called I hear at the end of the line coughing and wheezing "No sorry sir I have been sick all afternoon." Nathaniel said as he continued coughing "Then why haven't you called me, you could have save me the worry." I said hissing at him "I did sir I called your secretary to tell you about my situation and she volunteered to pick up Mokuba sir." Nathaniel said. As soon as he said that Mokuba came in along Luna behind him "Never mind Nathaniel." I said as I hung up the phone "Hey big bro." Mokuba greeted me as usual I give him a nod I then follow up with "Do you mind if I speak to Ms.Mutou" I said Mokuba just shrugged and went on the couch and went to play on his phone with noise canceling headphones "Why didn't you tell me that Nathaniel is sick and that you went to pick up Mokuba." I said with a hint of anger "I did by the time I called you, you were in a meeting so I let you a voice mail." She said bluntly I raised my eyebrow and went to check on my phone to find one voice mail. I played the voice mail and indeed she did leave a voice mail "My apologizes Ms.Mutou." I said "How many times do I have to say it to you just call me Luna." She said with sass "Oh I almost forgot you have a schedule to measure your suit on Thursday." Ms.Mutou said. I mentally sighed in my head "And also don't forget you have a meeting later this afternoon with Mr.Bing" She continued this caught me off guard "What for?" I asked "He said something about a round of  table and chips." Ms.Mutou recalled I growled a little bit. When ever Herald means round of tables and chips it's his code word for poker "Tell him I have better things to do than play stupid games with him." I said "Yes sir." She said sarcastically and left my office. I look at the direction she went and just stared "Well that's new." Mokuba said as he looked at me "What?" I asked still looking at where she left I can see her silhouette talking on the phone and can hear her laughing "You like Luna." Mokuba said as he snickered at his remark "I like that she follows simple orders." I responded "No Seto I mean that you like like her as in you have a crush on her." Mokuba. What no it can't be I don't like my employees like that that is unacceptable why would Mokuba think that I like her "Why do you think that." I asked him "Well I mean the way you looked at her just now as she left and sometimes when you are sleeping you mumble her name, or the time when Luna  performed at the ball the way you looked at her." Mokuba said with a smirk "Wait a minute how did you know the look I had at the ball." I said trying to change the topic as smoothly as possible "Uhgottagotothebathroombye." And with that he left my office "Weird kid" I mumbled
Luna POV
"You know how Mr.Kaiba is Mr.Bing." I said "Oh that Grump Man I never get to see his dumb face outside of work,well if he is busy why don't you come over you and I could have our own little fun." Mr.Bing said I giggled nervously "Uh I'm sorry Mr.Bing but I have a game shop to run and a brother to take care of good bye" I said as I quickly hung up on him before he could say anything creepy. I saw Mokuba leaving the office rather quickly and then he ran down the hallway "Hey Mokuba why are you running away." I said as I quickly got up and try to catch up to him "I think I'm in trouble so I'm going home where it's safe." He yelled back "Do you need a lift" I asked still trying to catch him he then skidded to try to stop "You would really do that." He said "Yeah I was about to leave anyway just give me a sec to get my stuff and I'll take ya home does that sound like a plan." I said. He nodded in agreement and I went back to my desk and got my stuff and ran to where he was waiting for me. We walked to the parking lot to find my custom made dark purple Tesla with black accents "Nice ride." Mokuba said as he got in. I started the engine I asked Mokuba for his address before hand so I typed the address on my car and we started to head to the Kaiba brother's mansion "Can I ask you something." Mokuba said "Sure" I responded keeping my attention on the road "Are you in a relationship with someone?" He bluntly said as if that wasn't a personal question "WHAT!NO!" I exclaimed as I can feel my face getting warm "Why would you ask." I said still keeping my focus on the road "Oh just wondering" He said from the corner of my I can see his reflection at the window smirking "Anyways have you finished your planning for the bachelor party." I asked. I saw Mokuba tense up a bit now it's my turn to smirk "W-Well what about you have you finished the bachelorette party." He shot back my smirk soon turned into a grin "I finished a few days ago." I said. We soon arrived at the Kaiba brother's mansion "Alright we are here is there anyone at home." I asked "No all of the maids and butlers are home its usually me." Mokuba responded "Well then lets get inside I'm sure you're hungry." I said as I turned off my car and got out "Wait aren't you going home." Mokuba asked "Ill go home as soon as your brother gets home." I responded as I texted Yugi I'll be getting home late. He was clearly surprise but grateful at the same time we went inside the mansion the inside of the mansion was decorated very plainly the living room consisted of a couch, a chair, glass coffee table, a lamp, a rug, and a very big flat screen tv; the kitchen was gorgeous the black and white marble counter was very elegant, they had two stainless steel refrigerator, they had two ovens, and one grand elegant dinner table. I looked at the fridge to see if there is something I can make "I guess the only thing I can really make is homemade mac and cheese." I said to myself. I got the stove turned on and grabbed a pot of water while I waited for the water to boil I went to check on Mokuba to see if he is doing fine knowing him he can attract trouble. I find him doing his homework and he looks kinda frustrated "Need some help." I offered "Are you good at math?" He asks "Are kidding me I was a math tutor for my high school peers and not to mention I made a little bit more cash with my brother and his friends." I bragged "Cool I need help with my math homework." He said unenthusiastically "What is it that you are struggling with." I said thinking to myself it must be multiplication or division "Fractions." He said. My pride just suddenly disintegrated my worst enemy "Okay here goes nothing" I said as him and I got down to business.
Time skip
Seto POV
It's been hours since Mokuba ran out of my office I will have to talk to him about the ball speaking of Mokuba I wonder if he got home safely. I go down to the parking garage to get my (pick any expensive car). "No Seto I mean that you like like her as in you have a crush on her." Why in the world would Mokuba think such a thing it's ridiculous. I only see her as my secretary sure her and I we have our differences, but that's in the past. Then an image of Luna in that dress at the ball flashed before my eyes "What the?" I said out loud then I see Luna with her eyes as they sparkles under the starlight sky "Why am I seeing this things?" I asked myself. After a few hours I finally reached my mansion "Finally." I said, but I noticed a car it was purple no doubt about it was a Tesla "Who could be here, I'll have to call Luna if I had an actual meeting in my house." I said as I walked up to my door. I open the door to find my mansion silent "Mokuba" I called I didn't get no response I quickly went into protective mode "Mokuba" I called again only being a bit louder. I suddenly heard footsteps I look to find Ms.Mutou coming down the stairs "Ms.Mutou what are you doing here?" I asked "First of all I told you can call me Luna, and second of all I offered Mokuba a ride." She responded "How long have you been here?" I asked again "For a couple of hours also I didn't know if you were gonna grab something on your way, so I left you some Mac and cheese in the fridge." Luna said as she went to grab her jacket and her purse "Where is Mokuba?" I asked "He's asleep just put him in bed" she said as she put on her coat "I'm so sorry if he caused you any trouble to." I apologized "No he was an angel." She smiled. That's weird Mokuba doesn't really get along with the nannies I've hired in the past and most of them quite because he was a monster. I looked at Ms.Mutou she looked very tired I couldn't help but stare at her eyes as she went through her purse to find something "Have you ate Ms.Mutou?" I asked "Huh oh *yawn* no I was gonna grab something on my way home." She said as she looked at me with those gorgeous deep amethyst eyes her smile was a bit weary but still breath taking......Wait a minute why am I thinking this kinds of things all of a sudden " Would you like to stay for dinner I could heat up the Mac and Cheese you made." I said I didn't realize what I said after a few seconds "Oh uh....
