Two weeks passed since the incident at USJ, and you were surprised to hear the news of UA's sports festival taking place right now.
"They really don't know when to back down, huh?" you asked yourself as your eyes were glued on the television.
Present Mic was the commentator for the event as he announced the entrance of the students. "FIRST UP, YOU KNOW WHO I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!! THE MIRACULOUS RISING STARS WHO BRUSHED OFF A VILLAIN ATTACK WITH THEIR STEELY WILLPOWER!!"
A group of familiar faces emerge from the entrance of the stadium to the field wearing blue tracksuits. Your eyes narrowed as you stared at the group. "THE FIRST YEARS OF THE HERO COURSE–CLASS A!!"
The crowd cheered in the background as the group walked up in front of the stage. Then the other classes emerged from different entrances. Once all classes were introduced, the chief referee for the freshmen stage, Midnight, states that a freshmen representative will come to the stage to take the athlete's oath. "From Class 1-A, Katsuki Bakugou!"
The ash blond walked up the stage and you immediately remembered it was one of the kids who took no damage from your blast. You scoffed.
"The athlete's oath," he began, a serious expression on his features. "I'm gonna take first place."
You almost fell off your seat on the couch after you heard him state those words. The other classes rebuked him as boos echoed. He made a slicing notion with his thumb against his neck as he walked down the stage. You smirked. This kid is interesting.
"Now, without any delay, let's get the first event started!" Midnight announced as the screen behind her lit up and a jumble of words flashed on the screen. "These are the qualifiers! It's in this stage that so many are sent home crying every year! And the fateful first event this year is this!"
The words OBSTACLE COURSE RACE flashed on the screen. Midnight began to explain, "It's a race between every member of all eleven classes! The course is a four-kilometre lap around the stadium itself. So long as you don't go off the course, anything is fair game! All racers to your position!"
"START!!!"
You watched the race unfold. It was chaotic at the beginning, but as the race progressed, there were at least five students who caught your attention.
"Snowflake," Shigaraki's voice called, making you turn your head just as a loud explosion sounded from the TV.
"Yes Shiki?"
"I have an assignment for you," he replied. You pouted, feeling annoyed that you'd miss out the entire sports festival. Come to think of it, UA literally wanted the whole world to know about their students' abilities. You thought that it was a good way to know about their strengths and weaknesses in case if you guys ever meet again in battle.
Even though you physically showed your annoyance, you stood up and turned the TV off and awaited for further instructions.
"I want you to meet up with someone at Hosu," Shigaraki stated. "I want you to talk some sense into him."
You raised a brow at the taller guy, "And why is that?"
"Let's just say he's an important talent for our upcoming plans," was his reply. "Kurogiri will warp you to your location in five minutes. Go ahead and get ready."

You watched from afar as a familiar muscular hunched man rendered a pro hero immobile just by licking the blood on his knife.
You silently watched as it looks like he was going to end the life of the pro hero. Catching a glimpse of the hero on the ground, a name entered your mind as you recognize the white armour and the engines extruding out of his forearms.
"Ah, Turbo Hero: Ingenium," you stated to yourself. A smirk formed on your lips as a pool of blood formed underneath him, his assailant leaving him for dead. You heard a static coming from a radio on Ingenium's body.
"Fame, money, for nothing else, these fools called themselves heroes," the hunched man scoffed, earning your attention. "No, you're not heroes . . . only he is! The only one with permission to kill me is All Might!"
You suddenly clapped your hands, earning the hunched man's attention. His head snapped to you on top of the building. You summoned a glyph on the space before you before stepping on it, allowing it to levitate you to the ground. Once you reached the bottom, the glyph disappeared.
"Snowflake," he greeted. You raised a brow. "Or should I call you Shigaraki's dog?"
You rolled your eyes as you removed the hood covering your hair. There's no point in hiding your identity as he already knew who you are. You crossed your arms against your chest before saying, "Nice to see you too, Stain."
A tch escaped his lips as he wiped his knife clean of blood. "What do you want? Wait, let me guess, you're here because that Shitgaraki wanted you to talk some 'sense' into me, right?"
Your features turned into a scowl before producing a black glyph beneath him. His movements stopped as he sent a glare on your direction. "Say that to my face again and I'll make sure to break more than just your bones."
He scoffed, ignoring your threat. "Already getting the hang of using your quirk without that shitty rapier of yours? I'm impressed."
"Like you're any better."
Stain only grinned but then his features turned into a scowl, "Look, just tell me what you want. Ingenium managed to contact reinforcements before he chased me, so it would only be a matter of time before this place is flooding with cops."
He does have a point, you thought before releasing him. "Follow me."
