Chapter 13: OH NO!

TURTLE-

Turtle was with his friends who were talking about the problem with Winter when someone knocked in the door.

"-Who's there?" he asked impatiently. This was the fourth time this morning, first, a rainwing came to give him a bowl of fruits, the second was another rainwing who came telling him Queen Glory would like to see him this evening, then it was Qibli, Moon and Kinkajou and now what?

"-Winter. " said the voice. Everyone froze. What do I do? Open the door? Pretend I'm not here? But he heard me. Turtle gave his friends a sorry look and opened the door. He spread his wings trying to block Qibli and Moon.

"-Hi Winter, nice to see you around. How did you know I was in this hut?" he asked.

"-Well it was the only one with fishes around. " Winter said pointing his tail to a carved out panfishes in the wall. 

"-And why are Qibli and Moon here?" Winter asked raising an eyebrow.

"-They're not here." Turtle said quickly as Kinkajou tried camouflaging them behind her wings when Turtle turned around.

"-Well if you see them..." Winter started suspiciously.

"-...please tell them I'm...I'm...I'm sorry for what happened...last night."  Winter continued eyeing the place Kinkajou was a second ago, struggling at the word sorry.  

"-Okay..." Turtle said before being cut by Qibli.

"-It's okay, we forgive you, but please don't ever treat Moon that way," Qibli growled slightly at the word treat. At first, Turtle feared Winter would attack Qibli when he narrowed his eyes. But instead:

"-Agreed. " Winter said holding his talons out to shake Qibli's, wings slightly trembling of the emotion.

"-Come, sit, then. " Qibli said shaking Winter's talon and pointing his tail to the table they were sitting at. Moon got away from Kinkajou's wings-length. Revelling herself to Winter, who didn't seem surprised, just ashamed, a face Winter almost never make. His tail was twitching furiously as is wanted to say something to Moon.
