Still You (ZhengKun)

[4] Meeting him

It’s already 7pm. Zhengting is so nervous. Many thoughts are now running through is head. What if it’s really Xukun? How come he didn’t noticed that that Unknown said ‘I want you back’ twice? How come he just realized it? The possibilities started to rush through him.

Zhengting is staring at himself in the mirror as he heaved out a deep sigh.

“Zhengting, there’s nothing to worry about,” he said to himself. “if it’s Xukun, then fine. Tell him to stop. You have Wenjun already. Okay?” He fixed his face and clothes for the final time and left.

Zhengting is standing outside a bar thinking if he got the right place.

“A bar? Why bar?” He thought. But even with a doubt, he entered the bar. He should see who that Unknown is to end his confusion.

“Excuse me, Sir. Someone told me to come here and gave me this address, may I know where he is?” Zhengting told the guard and showed the piece of paper with an address.

“VIP Room 1, that way please.” The guard pointed the room which seems really big and classy. This bar is obviously not cheap.

When he opened the door, he saw a very classy dinner set up but nobody is there. Where is he? He sat on the other chair and looked around while waiting. He was amazed by the room’s beautiful interior. A minute later, a man entered the room. Not just a man, but a very familiar one.

Zhengting literally dropped his jaw and his eyes widen. He knew it, but still, he is surprised. The man walked confidently with his smirk on his familiar lips, wearing his all black suit, towards him. When he reaches Zhengting’s side, he gave him a sweet smile and took the other seat.

“Long time no see, my dear Zhengting.” Cai Xukun said to him while looking straight at Zhengting’s still shocked eyes. He couldn’t believe he would still see him after 2 years.

“W-what the fuck is this, X-xukun?” he stutters. Xukun slightly giggled.

“Is that how you miss someone?”

“Shut up. What do you want?”

“Calm down, Zhengting.”

“Calm down your ass. If you’re not going to stop this, then I’m out of here.” Zhengting stand up and walks to the door but he stopped when Xukun speaks.

“I missed you.” Xukun said. He felt his blood run through his face. Shit, what? Without looking back and saying anything back, Zhengting left the bar. Still confused. Or should I say, meeting him made him even more confused.

“I missed you.” He heard it in his mind and it keeps on repeating. Those three words brought the memories back 2 years ago.
