[5] Him Again

It’s been 3 days since that night at the bar, when Xukun and Zhengting finally met again after 2 years. Zhengting was thankful because Xukun didn’t bother him anymore.

Zhengting is in his best look with his suit, trying to be as decent as he can be. He was invited to a one on one final interview with the new CEO of one of the biggest companies in China. He applied there and got accepted, but the CEO wants to talk to him first before he starts working. He find it weird but he doesn’t care as long as he will secure his job. He entered the building with full confidence as a girl accompany him to the CEO’s office. When they reach there, the girl knocks.

“Excuse me, Sir. Mr. Zhu Zhengting is here.” Nobody answered but she still opened the door.

“Mr. Zhu, please come in.” He nods and entered the office as the girl leaves.

The entire office was incredibly huge but right after he comes in, he saw a man who is facing the wide ceiling to floor window, probably looking at the view of the city. His back… is kind of familiar.

“Please take a sit.” His voice is very manly, powerful yet calm and still, very familiar. Zhengting sits in front of the table of the CEO. His eyes widen when he read the name of who the new CEO is.

“C-Cai.. Xukun?” he said with his voice full of wonder. The man turned around slowly to face Zhengting. Shit, it’s really him. Again. He doesn’t know what to feel right at this moment. Did Xukun planned this? He thought.

When Xukun saw Zhengting’s shocked reaction, he slightly laughed.

“Oh, why are you always shocked when you see me, dear?” he said with a playful sarcastic tone as he sits at his very own chair.

“H-how come? I mean, y-you.. a CEO?”

“You don’t need to know, sweetie.”

“Stop calling me anything, I have a name.”

“I used to call you those before.”

“That was before.”

“I’m done here.” Zhengting and stands up. Xukun smirked. “Walking out again, huh?” Zhengting didn’t pay attention to it and started walking away but then Xukun grabbed his hand.

“We’re not yet done here.” Xukun told him looking straight into his eyes.

“I don't want it anymore, you can offer it to someone else.” Zhengting replied as he tried to remove Xukun’s hand, but he couldn’t. Xukun is holding to tight. Xukun’s face turns to a very serious one and pressed Zhengting to the wall.

“I. Only. Want. You.” Xukun said. Zhengting tried to push him away but Xukun is just too strong.

“Stop this shit, Xukun. We’re over. I have Wenjun now.” he said as Xukun decreased the distance their faces to the point that he could feel his hot breath..

“I don’t care. Wenjun is a shit. I’m getting you back. Put that in your mind,” Xukun whispers. “I’ll get you back.”

“Fuck you.” Zhengting said, almost a whisper too and it made Xukun smirk.

“Oh, really? Then fuck me.”
