After we had our little jam session we just sat around the studio talking.
"So, have you ever performed in front of a crowd?" Joe asked. I rolled my eyes. "Hasn't everyone?" I questioned. "Like a crowd of five hundred or more?" Andy asked further. "Oh yeah!" I exclaimed. "Back in '06 I played bass for Panic! for a couple of shows because Jon had gotten sick. In '09 I played guitar while they were finding a guitarist. I played for a month and a half until they found Ian. And in '13 when Spencer left I filled in on drums for the rest of that tour. It was about four months." I listed, smiling at the memories. "Wow, I've never heard of you with them." Pete stated, obviously shocked. "Oh yeah, they would mention me in shows, but I never went to interviews or podcasts. I know some fans consider me a member of the band, but I'm just a filler. I think I actually still have the guys' numbers. And I may be at the top of the list for fillers, I've gotten a few calls, but I had to decline 'em." I explained. Patrick smiled. "They must've really liked you." Joe said. I nodded with a smile. "Anyone else?" Patrick asked. "Oh, I filled in as My Chems drummer for a while when Bob left. That was the best and weirdest tour I've ever been on." I stated. "How so?" Andy asked. "What happened in 2010, stays in 2010." I smirked before zipping my lips and throwing key. "I'm gonna call Gerard!" Pete yelled. "Go ahead! He doesn't remember." I laughed. "What." Joe said. "Everyone except Ray and I was drunk that night thats why Gerard doesn't remember. And I know even Ray doesn't remember because he passed out from lack of sleep. Only I remember the full and honest story." I smirked. "Dammit!" Pete sighed.
"It's okay. You can go ask Mikey or Ray though about some other times, I wasn't there but I know the story." I explained. "I see, so you've been with Panic! And My Chem?" Patrick asked. "Yup, best times of my life." I gush.

*times skips to the end of the weeke(s)*

So we had it all planed out. The tour would start in three days, in Chicago, obviously, and would end in Chicago just in time for Christmas, with a few breaks along the way. The guys offered to fly me out and back to Chicago when the time comes, but I declined. I can drive. Though, Patrick offered to keep my car at his house while we're on tour, which I accepted because the guys were around, and they kept pressing do to stuff for me, so I accepted one thing.

I was packing my clothes when I heard a knock on the door. Ah shit, my parents. They said they were coming today, to say goodbye since they're leaving tonight to go to Washington. I was going to come, but this came up.
I opened the door and my mother wrapped me in a hug. "Oh Ash!" My mom said happily. "Hi mom." I smiled. My dad also hugged me. I let them in and sat them down. "Are you excited to go? I know you miss touring." My mom asked. "Yeah, but I'm also sad. I have to miss this trip, and I'll be cut off from 'normal' people." I said, putting quotations around normal. "Hey, but now you'll be like me even more." My dad laughed. I chuckled. "Dad, you said that years ago." "I know, and I'll keep saying it." He smiled.
We had a nice conversation until it was time for them to leave. "I love you." I hugged them both. "Love you too, see you at Thanksgiving?" My mom asked. "Of course, the boys have their own families too, don't they?" I replied. "Okay then, see you later Ash." My mom said before hugging me one last time. "Bye honey." My dad said before hugging me as well. They walked out the door and I waved goodbye as they drove away. I walked back inside and finished packing. It was around midnight when I got a call from Pete. I wad confused so I picked up my phone. "The fuck Pete." I said. "Good evening to you too, AJ." Pete answered. "Dude it's 12:28 in Iowa." I said, walking aimlessly around my room. "Oh right, damn time zones." He sighed. "Waddaya want Pete, make it quick." I complained. "Okay Jeez, um, are you alright with helping Andy set up his kit, because it used to be me and I don't wanna-" I cut him off from his ranting. "Yes Pete, is that all you called me for?" I asked, irritated. "Yeah." He stated. "You boring fuck." I snapped. "Goodnight Pete." I breathed. "Night AJ." He dragged out my name. I hung up on him.
