[HARRY]

When I opened my heavy eyes I squirmed a bit as they adjusted to the weird lighting and unfamiliar setting. It was mid day and I soon realized I was in a forest with ridiculously tall trees that branched out in a way that they came in contact with each other but some rays of sunlight snuck through into the isolated area.

I tried to move but I felt paralyzed when I found out that a thick rope was tightly tied around me numerous times and holding me against a gigantic tree. I struggled against the rope but it was no use, I wasn't going anywhere now. I paused for a moment to look around and it was dead silent, almost too silent. I began to panic when my heavy breathing was the only audible sound that was until I heard quick footsteps and the crunching of leaves. Soon Angel came into view; she ran up a good ten feet in front of me with nothing but fear written all over her face. Her eyes were wide with terror and endless tears were streaming down her face. I couldn't understand why she was like this but it broke my heart watching her like that.

"Angel? Angel, what's wrong?" I screamed almost begging but she didn't notice me, it seemed like she couldn't hear me and that only scared me more. She stared off at an unidentifiable object in the distance, shaking her head continuously as I heard the feared person approach. She backed herself up until she was against a tree and the man had his back turned to me so I wasn't able to fully make out who he was. He was tall, but not taller than me, he had dark blonde scruffy hair and was wearing a stained white shirt with baggy pants and held a silver knife in his hand. A knife.

James.

He slowly approached her and she didn't move but her body was uncontrollably shaking and helpless sobs left her lips. My name spewed from her mouth in screams but I couldn't help no matter how much I wanted to. I continued screaming at her, at him, both of them but my screams were ignored. I screamed and screamed but it didn't get a reaction from either one of them and it only fed my frustration.

He hovered over her powerless body, slowly inching the knife closer to her neck and yet she didn't move but only cried. I yelled and thrashed but no matter what I couldn't free myself from these durable ropes and it physically hurt but nowhere near as much as the emotional pain I was feeling. It was like the devil himself was toying with my emotions, my mind and my heart and it only got worse with each passing second.

As she screamed I wanted her to know fucking hard I'm trying to save her but these ropes were straining me from doing so. She couldn't notice my grueling effort to attempt to save her but I saw in her eyes that she could only notice my absence. With her crying I was now crying too with all the emotional destruction inside of me right now.

The knife was shining when the light hit it as he dragged it across her delicate neck and ruby red oozed from the cut. Her screaming pitched as she tried to catch her breath and then stopped all together.

"No! No!" I shouted repeatedly at the top of my lungs as I watched her eyes gently close and her fragile, lifeless body slump down to the ground. Blood kept on dripping onto her ripped white dress only to stain it and the dirt she laid on.

Although I watched her life end just before me I still felt the pain and it only worsen as I also watched James kneel down to her. I realized he hadn't finished yet as he continued flicking the knife on her bare arms and legs, letting out low chuckles and her blood splattering along his face as well.

I screwed my eyes shut, not being able to watch this scene in front of me as it felt like pure torture. Soon enough he stood up and turned around. He had an evil smirk along his face and when I thought he was facing at me I realized that I was still unnoticeable. He walked past me, leaving Angel's lethargic body covered in shallow but long cuts.
