[ANGEL]

Louis offered me his arm as he also insisted that Denise stay for the party. The three of us walked down the steps, Louis with one of us clinging to each of his arms. We've made some small talk on the way down and I'd already felt like I made new friends with them which gave me this wonderful feeling I hadn't experienced much before. Stepping off the bottom step Niall came over and joined us.

"Hey guys! Miss Solis you look wonderful, Denise you did a good job." He shook Louis' hand and gave Denise and I a kiss on the cheek and finished it off by shooting Denise a wink after his comment. They immediately hit it off and started talking and laughing while Louis and I stood there mocking them. The blush that rose on their cheeks when they noticed our mocking caused all of us to laugh.

"How about we all head into the party, then?" Niall and Denise walked arm in arm in front of Louis and I. Making it through the living room and dining room we arrived to the party lounge that I never before dared to enter.

I couldn't help but admire Niall and Denise and think about what an amazing couple they would make. Their connection and feelings for each other were so obvious and adorable.

We were welcomed into the party lounge by open doors and a roar of chatter and music. My lips parted as a small gasp left my lips at the sight the excessive amount of guests. There were definitely over 200 people here, all dressed in designer clothing and held a glass of liquor in their hands. My awe quickly dissolved into anxiety when I realized I didn't know anyone here and definitely don't fit in.

"Hey, you okay?" Louis' voice snapped me back to reality and I soon realized that Niall and Denise had left and got lost in the crowd.

"Yea, just a bit nervous. I don't know anyone here and there's so many people." I stretched out the last part as I continued to look around. Louis' hand reached up to my shoulder as he lightly rubbed it in a reassuring way.

"You have nothing to worry about, I'll be by your side." He smiled and I couldn't appreciate it more. We walked side by side, trying to make our way through the crowd without losing each other. Louis led the way to a bar towards the back of the room. As we got closer I got a better look at who was at the bar and Harry's face stood out the most to me. He was wearing a buttoned up black shirt, that was surprisingly buttoned all the way and tucked into some black dress pants. He had a yellow flower tied into the collar with a black ribbon and his usual silver rings that decorated his slender fingers. His long, chestnut curls were styled back and fell just past his shoulders.

Expanding my view to more than just his handsome face, I noticed a familiar blonde conversating with him. The same blonde who came to see him that other morning. I stopped walking with the feeling that I might throw up. Just seeing her was another reminder of how I let him shatter my heart. Louis noticed my absence by his side and turned around. He looked towards the direction where my gaze was still locked on Harry and the blonde.

"Look don't be too intimidated by Harry, I promise it'll be fine." I laughed nervously at his attempt to make me feel better.

He took my hand in his much larger one and led me closer to where Harry was standing. Getting closer to the bar we bumped into a couple. They both turned around as Louis and I both apologized but Louis started interacting with them as soon as he realized who they are.

"Angel this is Rose, she works at Harry's company, and this is her girlfriend Michelle." Louis introduced. I gave them the best smile I could and shook their hands. We talked along with them for awhile which put me at ease since they distracted me.
