It was the day before the opening show and I was taking the boys fishing and Caroline was at the Spa again. I can't get Harper out of my mind, last when when Caroline and I were doing it all I could see was those beautiful brown eyes and long brown hair, it was the best sex I have had in ages.
On our way down to the dock I saw Harper, she was walking alone down to the beach.
"I'll be right back" I told Carter and Mike
"Where you going" they asked
"I have something I need to do real quick" I said smiling
"Luke buddy don't do anything stupid, your wife and kids are here it's not like when we are out on the road" Carter said
"This is different" is all I said as I made my way the Harper.
I walked up behind her and said
"Well if it ain't Miss Harper sitting all alone"
She jumped at the sound of my voice
"Omg Luke, hey" she said smiling
"Hey" was all I could say as I stood there like a nervous school kid
"So why is a pretty girl like you sitting all alone" I asked
"Just waiting on my friends they are pretty hungover so I told them to meet me here" she said
"Are you going to the concert tonight."
"Hell yes" she smiled
I heard Tate calling me
"Looks like you have plans" she said
"Yeah we are going sea fishing." I said
"Well you have fun with your boys. Is your wife not going" she asked
"It ain't her scene" I said
"Oh ok."
"I better go. I hope to see you soon" I said winking 😉
"I'll see you tonight Luke. Take care on that boat"
I smiled and walked away. Damn I should have gave her my number.
Harper's PoV
I was making my way down to the beach and just as I sat down I could feel exciting energy coming over me and then I heard the voice of the man who was all I could think about
"Well if it ain't Miss Harper sitting all alone"
I acted like he startled me but I knew he was coming.
We chatted for a little while and I could sense he wanted say something but his son called after him and he had to go.
I can't help but smile when I see him and what I also noticed is I have yet to see him with his wife. I wonder what's going on there.
I see my friends coming down to where I was sitting
"Hey girl, why y'all smiling like an idiot" Steph asked
"Ah nothing just sitting here thinking about how this weekend is going to be awesome"
