Virgil's POV
It's been a few months since we had gotten Lizzy, she can say a few words now. Like Dad, and milk, almost full sentences. And in a few days it will be her birthday, she's turning two. She's currently in a play area that we set up for her, and she was walking around, and ever since she's learned to walk she's been quite the hand full.
"We have to start wrapping the presents." I told Roman as I walked into the living room. Patton was playing with Lizzy, my Dad and Roman watching them.
"Okay, well Im not that great at wrapping, but I can try." Roman stood up and walked into the room with me. After a while we had wrapped all of them, Roman had to re-do a few, but we got there.
Once we walked into the living room we saw my Dad holding Lizzy and Patton was leaning his head on him, occasionally booping her.
"Hey Kiddos, I was thinking that I could bake the cake." Patton said as he looked over at us.
"That'd be great dad, thanks." Roman sat down in the recliner and watched our Dads. I sat with him, and then Lizzy looked over at us.
"Daddy!" She made grabby hands for us, we all laughed at her. My Dad stood up and handed her to Roman. But she then made grabby hands towards me.
"Well someone has a favorite." Roman said playfully, setting her in my lap. She giggled and started clapping her hands.
"Dont be jealous." I looked up at him with a smile.
"Im not. I find it rather adorable." He said. A few minutes later Rosie came running into the room she looked around before jumping onto the chair with us.
"Rosie!" Patton yelped, but she didn't care she started kissing Lizzy and then sat down.
"This chair is not big enough for all of us." I said, shimmying my way out from under Rosie.
"Well, it looks like you all fit." My Dad said.
"Dont be a smart as..." Roman started.
"There is a baby in here." I said covering her ears. He laughed at me.
"Sorry." Lizzy clapped her hands again and then stared at me. She likes to have starring contest with people for some reason.
"Who do you think will win?" I asked Roman, playing the game with her.
"Definitely her. You have a soft spot and will let her win." Roman told me.
"Yeah your right." I blinked and she giggled.
"She's just too cute." I leaned back, laying my head on Roman's chest. She saw what I did and did the same thing, but to me, and she was laying on her stomach. I heard a click and then saw a flash.
"Stop, Im not photogenic."I put a hand in front of my face.
"What ever." Roman scoffed he pulled my hand down from my face.
"You're just as cute as Lizzy." Roman told me, my face flushed red, this is why I can't handle it when Roman calls me cute.
"Red!" Lizzy squealed poking my face. Everyone laughed except me.
"That's right, his face is red." Roman poked her making her laugh again.
"Shut up Roman." My face was still red. Lizzy stared up at me and placed both her hands on my face, she looked serious for a minute.
"Red." She said more quietly. I laughed this time.
"Why are you so cute?" I tickled her making her squeal.
