Kindergarten Boyfriend

12th Grade; Mr.Johnson's Class (Part 2/2)

Roman's POV

I pushed through the door to the nurses office as soon as I got there.

"Help him please." I set him down on the bed that was there for sick kids. She looked terrified.

"What happened?" She asked quickly getting up.

"I don't know. One minute he was fine. He was laughing, but then he got silent, he was no longer smiling, and Im not even sure if he could hear what I was asking him at the time! He was just staring at me! But he didn't look right, he was pale, paler then normal I mean, and the look in his eyes, he...he looked lost. He wasn't saying anything either, and then all of the sudden he blacked out!" I started ranting, she walked over to me, and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Everything will be fine." She told me softly.

"How do you know? W-what if he doesn't wake up, or if h-he..." She sat me down in a chair next to Virgil. And then she wiped away a tear that I didn't even know was there.

"Hold his hand, it might calm the both of you down. I will be right back." She left the room. She left me. She left Virgil! I started sobbing, I was so confused, what happened? 

Did he try and tell me?

Was I not paying attention to him when he needed me the most? 

I needed to apologize to him, I felt so bad. I couldn't believe I wasn't paying attention to him. Was he even panicking?

A short while later the nurse came back into the room. She opened up a drawer and took out a thermometer that hovers over your forehead in order to take your temperature.

She did it quickly.

"He isn't sick." She informed me. 

"Do you think it was a panic attack?" I asked her, I looked up at her. I had stopped crying, I needed to, for Virgil.

"I don't know sweetie. It could have been, but we wont know until we ask him." I nodded, and then Logan and my Dad rushed in through the door. That must have been why she left in the first place, to call them.

Logan look terrified. My Dad looked scared too, but he also looked sympathetic, probably to help Logan through this.

"What happened?" Logan asked, he rushed over to the opposite side of Virgil. I felt tears forming again, but I couldn't cry.

Its been an hour, an hour until Virgil did anything.

But I saw his eyes flutter open.

"Virgil!" I brought him into a hug, I was so happy that he was awake.

"Roman? Where are we? What happened?" He asked me. I let go of him, and then Logan hugged him next.

"Dad? Why are you here? What happened?" Logan let go of him.

"Kiddo, we were wondering the same thing." My dad told him.

Virgil's POV

I woke up and it looks like I'm in nurses office. My Dad, Patton and Roman were all crowded around me, and apparently they didn't know what happened. I was so confused. 

I glanced at all of them one last time, and then everything started flowing back.

"Oh..." I said rubbing my head, you'd think I were drunk or something, but I wasn't.

"Oh? What do you mean? Do you remember what happened?" Roman asked me.

"Princey, Im fine, you don't have to be so worried." I told him. I didn't understand why he was freaking out so bad.
