Virgil's POV
Lizzy was over at the twins house. Roman and I were alone, and let this be know I love Lizzy with all my heart, but the quiet was nice.
Roman and I had a nice bowl of cereal for dinner, and we were sitting on the couch watching Saturday Night Live.
"Hey Roman?" I glanced up at him. He looked at me and smiled, and hummed in response.
"Wanna do something, like play a game? Im bored." I told him, he laughed in amusement, I didn't know what was funny though.
"Sure, what game?" He asked me. I looked over at our bored games. There was Candy Land, Game of Life, Monopoly, Connect Four, and Hungry Hungry hippos.
"We can't play those. How about..." I thought for a second, I wanted to think of anything, absolutely anything to play, but I drew a blank.
"Let's call our friends over." He suggested.
"Yeah, let's do that." He grabbed his phone out of his pocket and texted all of them if they wanted to come over. But, none of them could.
Lily wasn't even in town.
Joan and Talyn were at date night.
Brook and Chloe were on their honey moon.
And Thomas, well he was also on a date but he wouldn't tell us who.
"What are we supposed to do?" I asked him.
"Well we have the ingredients to bake cookies." I thought that was better than doing nothing so I agreed to that idea. We walked into the kitchen and started making cookies.
"Save some cookie dough, I want some to eat." I told Roman as he started to ball up the dough.
"I know." He laughed. I reminded him every time we made cookies so I get why he would laugh.
After putting the cookies into the oven, I grabbed the spoon and scooped up as much cookie dough as I could and ate it.
"Dont eat too much you'll get sick." Roman told me.
"But it taste good~" He took my spoon away after I ate another spoonful.
"It does, but I don't want you sick." I tried to take my spoon back, but he held it up as high as possible. He knew I was short so I wouldn't be able to take it back. But I didn't need a spoon to eat cookie dough, it just helped me eat it faster. I took the bowl and another spoon and ate some more. He gave me a playful disapproving look, and then started walking towards me.
"Virgil, give me the bowl." he held out his hand. I looked at him hesitantly before handing him the bowl, I had eaten most of it, but saved some for Roman.
"Fine. But I want something in return." He gave me a look before telling me to continue. He ate some of the dough himself, so I walked up to him and pulled him into a loving kiss. He kissed me back, backing me up into a wall. He put the bowl down on the counter, putting his hands on either side of me..
"I love you." he told me in-between a kiss.
"Ditto." Was all I could get out before he kissed me again. He pulled away, leaving me alone.
"You have a very strong tase of cookie dough." He laughed at me.
"What did you expect?" I asked him. He laughed once more before picking me up.
"I haven't been able to kiss you like that in a long time." He kissed me again. Ever since we got Lizzy we tried not to get that affectionate when she was around.
