Virgil's POV
I was, surprisingly the first one up. It was currently seven in the morning and I couldn't go back to sleep, we all set alarms on our phones for eight, but that's just going to be a cacophony of noise, and I can't be in here for that. Just imagine hearing, how many people are here? Like...14? People's phone's are going to go off. At the same time, just, no.
So, at around 7:50 I walked into the bathroom to hide from the noise and play on my phone.
~10 minutes later~
After waiting I hear, first one phone, then the next, then five, and then all of them. There came three screams, probably from Brooke, Lizzy and Patton.
"Turn them off!" My Dad shouted. I couldn't help but laugh at hearing the catastrophe that was that room right now.
"Why would you all do this?!" Roman screamed. I opened the door and everyone was scrambling to their phones, quickly shutting them off.
"I saw that coming." I told them, they all turned to look at me, they looked crazy, and fully awake, which just caused me to laugh again.
"Why didn't you warn us? You know I'm not great at thinking things through." Roman walked closer to me, I laughed once more, I knew perfectly well that he wasn't the smartest tool in the shed.
"I know Babe. But now you are all awake, so lets get dressed and eat breakfast." I clapped my hands and the kids and Roman started moving.
"Chop chop." I clapped again. I was already dressed, so I was fine. Everyone started moving, getting their clothes out so they could change, and waiting their turn to go to the separate rooms.
~~~~~
We were all now downstairs, eating breakfast and talking amongst ourselves. I was sitting in-between Lizzy and Roman, being silent, trying to listen to everyone's conversation at once, like I always did, whether I knew the person or not.
"Virge?" Roman poked me, getting my attention.
"Hmm?" I hummed in response, he laughed, a bright smile staying on his face.
"Are you doing that thing where you stay silent and listen in on others talking?" He asked. My face flushed red, just making him laugh again.
"Maybe." I admitted.
"You're adorable." He kissed my forehead.
"Well, you know me too well." I said, crossing my arms, trying to control my blush.
"Daddy, when are we going on the rides?" Lizzy asked tugging on my sleeve.
"After everyone eats." She smiled and continued to eat and talk with Lucy.
~~~~~
"Let's get going, I want to ride the carousel!" Lizzy tugged on mine and Roman's arms, trying to get us to leave. We all laughed at her and decided we should get the kids out and about before they become too impatient with us.
When we went to carousel Brook, Chloe, Roman and I all stopped to remember that day, Im pretty sure you know what day I'm talking about.
"Memories." Brook whispered under her breath.
"That was such a long time ago." Chloe said, but the smile on her face was very visible.
"We should go on a Ferris Wheel next!" Brook screeched jumping a little.
"Um, sweetie, do you not remember what happened last time we all four went on a Ferris Wheel?" Chloe asked her, placing her hands on Brooks's shoulders.
