This is it guys. The chapter I say goodbye to my baby.
Many of you, probably won't know. But I've written stories about Kia's adventures through life. With different people and different things. But I've never been able to complete the stories, because I can't bear to say goodbye to her character. She's like me in some ways but she's also her own person almost.
So it's hard to post this one.
And. I'm also teasing you because I just can't post DF. I need to let this story go for good.
As I said, there will be no sequel. I am sorry if this upsets any of you, but I can't drag their story out much further.
I love you all, and I hope you enjoy the final chapter of this incredible journey ♥
"Christian Mora." I raised my eyebrow as my husband sheepishly shuffled into our room.
"Yes dear?"
"Why in gods name did you put fruit with the washing?" He looked at the pile of clothes which had various kinds of squished fruit and he cracked up laughing. "This is not funny." I have growled out and he stepped forward, wrapping his arms around me.
Almost instinctively, I rested my head on his chest and he rubbed my back.
"Did you even think for a second that it wasn't me?" He murmured and I let out a gentle sigh.
"And why would I do that?" I teased him quietly, moving my heaad so I could looks at him.
"Because I'm not the kind of person to put fruit with the clothes." He muttered before pressing his lips to mine.
I felt like I was 21 once more every time I kissed him.
A squeal made us break apart and I couldn't help but smile.
"Ew. Daddy gave mommy cooties!" Our daughter squealed, her hands covering her eyes. I looked at Chris before we both started laughing and he let go of me, picking up our little girl, causing her to squeal once more.
"But mommy loves daddy, so it's okay." He hummed to her. I could see the thought on her face and she shrugged before smiling.
"I guess." We both just shook our heads, a small smile appearing on my lips.
"Amelia Jayne Mora, did you put the fruit with the clothes?" I struggled not to smile, seeing as she seemed to have perfected her father's pout quite well.
"Daddy told me it would be funny to do it, and I know that you like to laugh lots." I looked at my husband and I could see the horror in his eyes over the fact his daughter just grassed him up.
"Christian Mora you little sneak. I knew you had something to do with it." I clipped him around the back of the head and Amelia laughed.
"I thought you loved me the most." He grumbled to her and she just grinned at him.
"I love mommy the most because she let me have ice cream last night." I couldn't help but feel smug as she said this.
"Damn." He sighed before handing Amelia over to me. She wrapped her arms around my neck and I rested her on my hip.
"What time are we leaving to head over to Jinxx and Sammi's?" I called out as he left the room.
"I get to see Auntie Sammi?" I watched as her face lit up and I giggled before placing her on the floor and she ran after Chris.
I grinned, feeling completely at ease. As I looked at the date, I realised that it was coming up to our ten year anniversary of when we met. Making it our eight year anniversary of being married.
