~Lisa's pov~

I woke up and looked around to see that I was in the hospital. I looked over to the side and seen Jake sitting there.

“Jake?” I asked softly, his head shot up.

“Lisa, you're awake!” Jake stood up and ran over to me.

“Jake why am I in the hospital?” I asked with a puzzled look on my face.

“Lisa you don't remember?” Jake asked in a worried tone.

“Remember what?” I simply asked back.

“Lisa what is today?” Jake asked me.

“April 4th? Today is mine and Jared 5month anniversary. Jake why am I in the hospital? Did I fall down the steps again?” I smiled and laughed.

“Um yea you did. Lisa I have to call Sam ok and let him know that you're awake.” Jake looked like he was about to cry.

“Jake I want to go home.” I said as I sat up and watched him walk to the door.

“I will tell the doctor.” Jake said it so plainly.

After what seemed like 4 hours, Jake and the doctor came in and I was ready to go home. Jake had red puffy eyes as if he's been crying. I didn't say anything about it and followed him to his rabbit and got in. The ride home was silent. Once we got to my house, everyone was standing outside and they all had red puffy red eyes just like Jake. I didn't say anything as I walked in, I felt like something was wrong. I went up to my room and sat down on my bed and then I noticed my room. It was different. I lay my head in my hands and cried while my elbow were on my knees. I felt hands on my back rubbing up and down trying to calm me down. I finally stopped crying and looked up and I was shocked that it was Paul who was rubbing my back.

“Why has everyone been crying? Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something, something important? Why is my room different? But mostly why are you being nice to me?” I asked as I started to cry again.

He didn't say anything but stand up and walk out. Jared walked in and shut the door behind him and walked over to me and sat down beside me. I laid down and Jared laid down behind me holding me close. Jared was shaking a little and when I looked over at him, he was crying.

“Jared what's wrong?” I asked rolling over to look at him.

“Nothing Lisa you just scared us all. I thought I lost you.” Jared was crying and sitting up.

“Jared baby what is really wrong? Did we have a fight or something? Is that why I fell down the stairs?” I asked sitting up beside him.
