Ch18

~Paul's pov~

As I sat there, Sam had already came back down and kept giving me pissed off looks then he finally walked over to me.

“Lets talk Lahote.” Sam said as he stood in front of me.

I didn't say anything as I followed him outside. He lead us into the woods away from the house. I guess so he could yell at me without everyone hearing.

“You know I knew this would happen sooner or later but I was hoping it would happen later.” Sam said as he looked down at his feet.

“What do you mean? What's going on?” I asked looking over at Sam.

“You mean you don't know? Lisa never told you? Well Carlisle did say she might not even know about it.” Sam was now looking at me.

“Sam what do you know that I don't?” I came right out and asked.

“Paul, Lisa's pregnant. Carlisle says she's about a week or so.” Sam words made me freeze.

Lisa's pregnant? I felt my legs get weak and I hit the ground hard, sitting on my ass I looked up at Sam. Here I am 22 years old, I'm in love with an 18 year old who I also imprinted on, and now she's going to be a mom to MY kid. Am I ready to be a dad?

“Paul we are all going to be there for you two. Lisa is going to have to either stop cheering or track. We are going to have to each pull a double shifts on patrol for Lisa. Carlisle is afraid that if she phased a lot then she might loose the kid. The reason why she was the way she is now is because her body is stressed out.” Sam said as he helped me stand up.

Sam lead me back to the leeches house. I walked in and everyone just had walked down stairs, including Lisa. She had her head down and looked like she's been crying. I sighed and walked over to Lisa and pulled her into a hug.

“I'm scared.” Lisa said through sobs.

Lisa has never been scared, well she has never admit to it anyways. I held her closer but not to close, I didn't want to hurt the baby.

“Lisa, Sam said you're going to have to either quit cheering or track.” I said as I rocked her side-to-side.

“I'm going to quit both.” Lisa voice sounded like she stopped crying. Oh the magic of imprinting.

“Are you sure?” I asked as I lifted her chin up.

“Yea I'm sure. Besides you were right having all over that to do does take a toll on your body after a while.” Lisa laughed which made me smile.

I walked Lisa out to my truck and we got in, Jake and Embry got in the back. I didn't care they did help me get her over here. Lisa scooted over to me where I put my arm around her while drove back to Sam's. Jake and Embry got out and me and Lisa staid in the truck. I sat then and I was about to say something when out of no where Lisa was on my lap facing me kissing me. I smiled into the kiss, I loved Lisa more then ever and if she wanted to keep the kid, which I hope she does, then I am going to be the best dad ever and I will help her out the best I can. We heard a laugh and when we looked out the window there stood Brady and Collin with their phones. Do they ever have anything better to do then take pictures?
