Naina fights back
Part 8- Meeting my mother-in-law
The gang is standing outside Sameer's house
Naina: I'm nervous Sameer, I'm going back home.
Sameer: Don't be nervous, just talk like you do to us, I promise I'll be by your side, and she's very understanding.
Sameer opens the door, and they all step inside
Sameer: Mom where are you? Naina has come to visit.
Naina touches Vishaka's feet, blesses her, and they share a daughter-mother hug.
Vishaka: Its a pleasant surprise to meet you again Naina. Your very sweet, and I also know it's because of your love, that Sameer, and I have patched up when we were in Dellhi together. Your a blessing for us, and I totally agree with Sameer, his life revolves around you, and I'm proud of him.
Naina becomes teary-eyed, looks at Vishaka and wipes her tears
Naina: Mom, Sameer has done a lot for me as well, I never thought that a studious girl like me would find true love in my life. I'm so thankful to god, that I bumped into Sameer on the first day of School. I'm incomplete without him, he's my best friend, advisor, companion, and he's always there for me when I'm feeling low.
But it was hard work, when he came to Ahemdhabaad again, he feared that if he comes close to me again, I would leave him just like Nanu did.
It took me a long time, to get that fun-loving, and happy Sameer back, but I did it in the end, I know that I hurt him as well, but I don't know why I'm saying this, maybe because I don't want to hide anything from you, I've never felt a mother's love before, but now I understand how pure the relation is, so thank you so much Sameer for bringing a mother into my life.
Vishaka: You won my heart Naina, I'm so proud to have a daughter like you, don't worry I'll be the mother that you've always yearned for, and I will fill the void of it.
Sameer: Mom you made Naina cry on the first visit?
Naina: Stupid, these are called tears of happiness.
Vishaka: Kids do you want anything to eat, I'll make it for you?
Vishaka leaves the room, and enters the kitchen to start cooking.
Preeti: Sameer, your mom is so loving, and I really like that about her.
Sameer: Thank you saaliji
Vishaka calls them over, Naina, Swathi, and Preeti serves the food
Pandit: Are you practicing already?
Naina: Yes devarji, I need to make an impression like a typical bahu.
Everyone starts laughing
Naina sits down next to Sameer
Naina: This is so delicious mom
Everyone stares at Naina
Sameer: Your such a bhukkad
Sameer holds on to Naina's right hand under the table.
Vishaka: Naina will you pass me the water jug?
Naina: Yes Mom
Naina passes the jug by her left hand, Preeti, Pandit, Munna,and Swathi look at them both, and cover up by coughing
Naina: Why are you all coughing together?
Naina looks down, and tries to take her hand off from Sameer
Naina: Sameer please let go of my hand
Sameer: We can hold hands now, I'm not going to let go of it.
Naina: How am I going to feed myself?
Sameer starts feeding Naina, and everyone is looking at them in aww
Swathi: You both are such a married couple
Naina, and Sameer become shy
Preeti: I want someone like Sameer
Pandit looks at her, and they both share an eyelock.
Naina, Swathi, Munna, and Sameer wave thier hands to get them out of the intense eyelock.
Preeti+Pandit: What happened?
Naina: Swathi come with me, we need to talk to Pandit about something
Sameer: Munna let's talk to Preeti
Swathi, Naina, and Pandit go outside
Naina: Pandit do you like my sister Preeti?
Pandit: Naina, Swathi, how did you know that I like her?
Swathi+ Naina: We can see it in your eyes, the love is pouring from them
Naina: That's so cute, I don't have a problem if you like Preeti
Swathi: Is it just like or love?
Pandit: I love Preeti, but I'm scared what if she dosen't feel the same way?
Naina: Why don't we ask her?
Naina, Pandit and Swathi come inside, and see Sameer, Munna, and Preeti talking
Naina: Preeti, Pandit wants to say something to you.
Preeti: Even I have something to say.
Pandit: You go first
Preeti: You say it first
Sameer: Why don't you both say it together?
Preeti+Pandit: I love you
They both become shocked
Preeti: You love me? I was waiting for this for such a long time, finally I have someone to call as my own.
Pandit: I'll treat you like a princess. I love you more than my life
Preeti: I love you too Pandit, your the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Naina, Sameer, Munna, and Swathi start cheering, and hug Pandit, and Preeti.
Naina: Aww finally my sister has found her prince
Swathi starts to walk away, and Naina holds on to her hand, and hugs her
Naina: What happened Swathi?
Swathi: You both have found your loves, when will I get mine?
Preeti: Swathi love can be right under your nose, look closely, and you will find it.
Swathi: Who will love me?
Munna: I will, I love you Swathi
Swathi looks at Munna
Pandit: Swathi, Munna has always loved you from 1st standard. He fell for you since then, but he has always hidden it from you.
Naina: Pandit is right Swathi , give him a chance, I've never seen someone like Munna before, he only has eyes for you, even in Mount Abu, he was only staring at you. I know that you call him bandhar, and I know you have feelings for him
Swathi turns around, and Munna comes in front of her.
Munna: I love you Swathi
Swathi: I love you too Munna
Sameer: Now we are all in love
Naina: I'm so happy for all of us.
