(Charlotte’s POV)
It was now 3 days until we were moving back to Nottingham and I still hadn’t heard anything from Max. I was soo upset and mum had noticed this as well. I’d come in on an afternoon after work and I’d go straight to my room.
Later that night, my blackberry started flashing green. That was Max’s colour. I checked it and he’d sent me a text. ‘Meet me outside our houses tomorrow night at 5pm xx’ was all it said.
‘Okay xx’. That’s all I could manage to reply. I was just so happy he was talking to me.

So it was 4:30pm on the Friday night. I was meeting Max at 5 outside. I was trying to decide what to wear that night. I didn’t know what he had planned or anything so I just wore leggings and an oversized jumper with my uggs.
I shouted out to mum ‘Mum! I’m going!’
‘Alright sweetheart. Have a good night!’
When I got out the front door I saw Max stood there with his back to me. I just smiled to myself, knowing that he wanted to see me before I went. I wasn’t going to ask him why he was returning my calls or anything. I just wanted to enjoy tonight.
He must have heard me shut the front door because he turned around and smiled. ‘Hey’ he said.
‘Hey.’
‘You okay?’
‘Yeah I’m good. You okay?’
‘Yeah’
‘Good. What we doing by the way?’
‘Just wait. You’ll find out soon.’ he said with a cheeky grin on his face.
The next thing I saw were headlights coming down the street. Then I saw it. It was a pink limousine.
‘You’ve always wanted to go in a limousine so we’ve got one’
I screamed and gave him the biggest hug I could. ‘I can’t believe you remember me telling you that!’
‘Of course I remember.’ he said with a smile.
The chauffeur opened the door and we climbed in. It was amazing inside. There was loud music, champagne, chocolates and flowers. I felt so special that Max had done this.
(Max’s POV)
Charlotte looked so happy. She had that little twinkle in her eye.
‘So where we going?’ she asked excitedly.
‘I’m not telling you anything’.
I’d told the driver where we were going. We were gonna make 3 stops.
‘First stop.’ the driver called.
I saw Charlotte look outside, then realise where we were.
‘Max look! It’s the playground we used to come to when we were little.’
‘I know. I asked the driver to stop here.’
She ran out of the limousine and straight onto the swings. I loved to see her happy.
