Hello and Welcome to our latest Poets Pub Collection.

We wanted to have a collection that anyone in the Pub could contribute to at anytime, with any kind of poem they would like to share.

How will this work:

Any member of the Poets Pub (anyone following us) can send in a poem for this collection at anytime, with a limit of one per week.

However:

Here at the Pub, we want to allow all of our Poets to have the freedom to write and express themselves in any way possible.

But we also want to develop an atmosphere of inspiration, dedication, freedom and peace.

We see no boarders, no color, no religion, no gender, no age or language.

We simply want to promote Poetry.

But, in the same breath, we have to put some restrictions on content.

I will not post poems that promote or reflect the following ...

- self harm

- suicide (by the individual writing the poem. If the poem is a remembrance of someone who died that way, I will consider)

- prejudice (including hatred against other peoples or religions, social standings, physical structure, or mental capacity)

- abuse (spousal abuse, child abuse, abuse against animals)

I reserve the right to refuse the publication of any poems here at the Pub.

You can appeal my decision and I will present the poem to a panel of Pub members who will make the decision, without prejudice.

I apologize if this upsets anyone, but these are things I cannot accept in the atmosphere of what I have created here at the Pub.

Please let me know what you think.

Bill
