Our Star is Born
Early in the morning the cervix did widen, and the baby was born.
There was a long breathless moment of silence, before our baby's first cry.
Clouds lifted from my love's face, upon her lips a smile did trace.
I shared every pain, and cried tear of joy, our daughter was born.
