I stretch from a good sleep. Ratchet was still asleep and I chuckled slightly. He's so adorable when he's sleeping.

I poke his helm until he wakes up. He grumbles at me and rolls over, making me laugh.

"Wake up, Ratchet, there's work to do", I say.

"Work?", his eyes shoot open. "Did someone say work?"

I laugh at my workaholic sparkmate. "Yes, my love", I stand up and stretch. He grumbles at me.

"How is it that that is how you always manage to wake me up?", he asks as he puts his servos on my waist.

I wrap my arms around his neck. "Because I know how much you love to work." I reach up and kiss him. He kisses back but it doesn't last long because there is a knock at our berthroom door.

We pull away just as Arcee opens the door. "Aura, there is something you must see.

I head out into the main room and see a picture on the computer screen. "A stasis pod?"

"It came into our atmosphere", Raf explains. I nod before looking around.

"Arcee, Optimus, Bumblebee, and Ratchet. You come with me. Nebula, you'll stay here. If it's an Autobot I don't want to scare them with unknown bots."

Nebula nods and opens a bridge to the coordinates.

There is no one there and when we get to the pod, Arcee wipes away some dust.

"It's a Decepticon pod", Arcee says. I really hope it's not a former Decepticon who doesn't know that the war between Bots or Cons is over...

"Optimus Prime!", an unfamiliar voice exclaims. Everyone turns and looks at the newcomer. "Guys, it's Optimus Prime." He looks at us in amazement.

"Optimus it looks like you've got a fan. Now who are you?", I question.

"Smokescreen, Ma'a-", he pauses when he looks at my appearance. Then he pulls out his guns. I sigh. He doesn't know the war has ended and with my appearance I look like a Con.

"Is she a Con?", he asks Optimus.

"No. She is my daughter and the leader of our new army, called Hope", Optimus says.

"Thanks Optimus", I say while glaring at Smokescreen. "Now, Smokescreen. Hasn't anyone taught you not to judge someone by appearances?"

He looked slightly guilty and he puts away his guns. "Yes, ma'am."

"Okay, my name is AuraStorm, not ma'am and I would prefer you did not call me that", I say as I walk up to Smokescreen.

"Okay, AuraStorm", he says. I sigh.

"Just call me Aura", I say.

"Very well, Aura", he says. And then everything clicks. " Wait, there aren't any more Autobots?"

"No. And there are no more Decepticons", I say. He looked really confused.

"A lot of stuff has changed. Including Megatron. He contacted us, saying he wanted to end the war. So we did. But now there is a new danger, a group called Swarm. I was called to be leader of the now combined group of Autobots and Decepticons and I chose to call the group Hope."

"Why hope? If you don't mind me asking", Smokescreen asks.

"Because I believe that in order for this new war to be over we must hope that it will not last for very long", I say. He nods and I smile and hold out my servo. "And hope is a very important key factor in a war."

"Welcome to Team Hope, Smokescreen", I say. He grins and shakes my hand excitedly. I chuckle and hope that his enthusiasm doesn't annoy the rest of the team.
