From a distance, I could see a roller coaster high up in the sky and I could hear the sounds of the theme park as we were approached closer.

"Oh my goodness! I've been wanting to go here ever since I was young," I turned to Adam excitedly. He was now searching for a parking space but looked over to smile at me. I almost forgot what had happened an hour ago.

We were having an intense crying session and out of nowhere, we shared kisses and mind you, one of the most passionate kisses in my life. I could feel my face heating up because my we hadn't spoken much after our kiss and I completely forgot about it when I saw the them park.

"Katie mentioned it once and I'm glad I remembered because you seem really excited. You're basically vibrating in your seat." He laughed. We found a parking space all right, but we had to walk at least ten minutes to reach the entrance. I carried my sling bag and Adam carried a back pack filled with our valuables and a set of clothes for each of us.

I took out my wallet as we apprroached the counter, I eyed the sign board with all of the prices. Since we got to theme park later than expected, we decided we'll buy the 2 day ticket because it's much cheaper than buying a separate ticket for tomorrow. I took out enough cash to pay for the both of us when Adam pushed my arms away and immediately handed the ladybat the counter a couple hundred dollar bills.

"Ad," I whispered as the lady started counting our change.

"Yes El?"

"I want to help,"

"It's okay, I want you to enjoy. Next date you can pay." He reassured me and then kept the change and our tickets. At the gates, we gave our tickets and was greeted by a camera. We posed and they handed us a ticket so we could collect our picture at the exit. After we had our tickets for day one collected, we linked our arms naturally and headed to the nearest ride to the entrance. A little part of me was squealing in delight but I could feel my heart dropping as I eyed the tall ride ahead of us. Adam beamed at me like a child, his eyes glistened as he looked at me. He was so handsome and I wanted to kiss him again.

The line to this ride was pretty long and we ended up queueing up for half an hour before we managed to reach the booth where they assign the seats. I didn't know what this ride was called but the chairs were basically suspended in the air and placed around the tall building. I clutched Adam's big hands in mine as dug my fingernails on my palm, trying to firmly hold the metal handle placed across me.

The seats rose slowly and steadily. Once the I could feel the seats stop high in the air, I let out a bloodcurdling scream. We were just in the air for what felt like hours, then our seats dropped down without any sort of warning. All I could think about was to hold Adam and the railing as firmly as I can because in my head, if I let go, I'd fall off. I tightened my face because the fall made it feel like my face was going to fly off and that's when the camera snapped a picture of us.

When it was over, my legs felt like jelly and I had to use Adam, who may I add didn't look bothered by the ride at all, and he held my arm till we reached the other booth to collect our things. There was us in the photograph, our reactions entirely different. I looked like I was giving birth with my eyes wide and my mouth open whilst Adam was smiling and looked like he was having the time of his life. The price of this picture was out of this world, $30 for something so ugly!

"I'll take this one," Adam says with a playful grin.

"Adam!" I half whispered, quite annoyed that he was purchasing overpriced pictures. The person handed him a copy and gave him back his change.

"Memories are forever," he stated simply and slid it in his backpack. We look around the theme park and rode the rides with the longest queues so that tomorrow, we would just conquer the less popular rides and not have to worry about not bring able to ride everything. Adam talked about how he would spend Christmas with his father and it was different than most stories. His dad would be selling Christmas trees in the town square and would trim it for customers and whenever there was one tree left, they would bring it home to decorate on the day itself. And that tree would stay upright till summer comes around. And I thought about how precious this memory was to him.

I smiled as I listened to his story, we were walking to the car now. We were headed to the hotel a couple miles away from the theme park. Our fingers interlaced with each other as we strolled, the situation felt right and calm and I felt so serene.

Adam stopped abruptly and turned to face me. He cupped my chine gently and lifted it to look at me, he moved his face towards me slowly. As his lips touched mine slightly, he whispered, "May I kiss you?" I nodded slightly and before I know it, our lips were crashing together and our kiss was so passionate and sweet.

We pulled away and headed to the car, in silence this time. Our hands were still holding the other and I could feel how safe I was with him around.

When we reached the hotel, we struggled finding a parking space. And after 15 whole minutes, we qere able to park the car. The receptionist smiled widely as we approached the counter.

"Room for one?" She asked, as she looked at the both of us intently.

"Actually -" Adam shifted uncomfortably in his position and I cut him off.

"Yes, separate beds?" I inquired, taking out my wallet with the full intention of paying.

"Sorry Miss, we only have king sized beds available and all the other rooms with two beds are all booked for the night." She explained, she could finally read the situation that we weren't together but then again, we slept in the same bed together before so what's the big deal.

A whisper in my head reminded me that we already kissed mutiple times today and anything could happen tonight.

"We'll take it," I could hear myself speaking, I handed her my card and she swiped it on the machine whilst filling out the log book with our information.

"Here you go, we hope you enjoy your stay with us," she beamed, a knowing look plastered on her pale face and handed us a key card. It was going to be an interesting night.
