Seungcheol's POV

     "Chan come back here!", I heard Jeonghan yell out as he chased the little rascal from the stairs, I could tell due to the loud thumping of their footsteps. I got out of the bedroom and walked into the living room right in time to see a running Dino with a ton of doughnuts in his hands. I blocked the little boy's path and picked him up, "what're you up to big guy?", I questioned, my voice somehow an octave lower than it was before. Besides my voice change, Dino certainly got taller, even though he still acted somewhat the same from when I met him, Cheonsa dyed his hair blond which just made him a lot hotter, and my eomma brought in a bunch more customers with her new recipes. Oh, Jun and Minghao moved in with us along with an upcoming little lady that'll soon be picked up from the adoption center- don't misunderstand anything, it's not Jeonghan and mines, it's Junhui and MingFairy's. Though having another little rascal wouldn't be such a bad idea, we'll see.

"I wanna know the surprise! Hannie appa won't tell meee!", Dino whined as he tried to wiggle his way out of my grip, "so you ran away with Hannie appa's doughnuts?", I asked with a light chuckle that followed. Chan pouted and nodded, still trying to get out of my grip, I tossed him up, catching him as he giggled, "I think Dino's getting too excited about the surprise, Cheol", Jeonghan breathed in and out as he wiped the loose hair out of his face. I chuckled once again, closing the space between me and him, I wrapped my other arm around his waist, placing a chaste kiss on his forehead. Chan made a puking sound as he kept wriggling, "we'll tell you the surprise if you give Hannie appa those doughnuts back", I tried to compromise, the little troublemaker thought for a while then finally agreed. "Promise", Chan said as he tried to hold a pinky out, "promise", Jeonghan and I said in unison.

In the end, the three of us ended up eating all the doughnuts Chan took from the kitchen, we certainly weren't gonna throw them away and we weren't gonna serve them to the customers either. Anyways, this surprise was supposed to be for Chan's birthday that was coming up in a week. I pleaded Jeonghan to celebrate Chan's birthday in Hawaii, I made sure he knew Johnny's cousin Mark was going to be there to help us so we wouldn't get lost and to lock it in, I told Han about Mark's boyfriend, Donghyuk, who's studying to become a pediatrician. Since Cheonsa's continuing his studies, he'll want to exchange knowledge and whatever doctors do, something like that. "We're going somewhere special on a special day for someone very special to me and your Cheollie appa", Jeonghan phrased smoothly as he probably tried to get passed Dino's curiosity by loop poling.

I raised a brow, "don't make me regret trusting you guys", I warned Jun, Taeyong, and Johnny who I 'allowed' to take charge while Jeonghan, Chan and I were gone. They've been wanting to do something like that for some time, but wherever those three were, Minghao, Ten and Yuta were there and they were the actual people who I left in charge. Besides, eomma was staying to help too, but I'm this nice, so I let them have their moments. Jeonghan giggled as he walked towards us with Chan, "they're big boys, they'll handle it, Cheol. Right, Dino?", he patted my shoulder as he looked at the little guy. Chan nodded with a smile, "yup! Just like me! Hyungs can do this!", we all smiled at the young boy's refreshing energy. "Alright, alright. We'll be back in a few hours until then hope you guys manage", the only reason why I kept on worrying wasn't that I didn't trust them, although they can be a little careless at times, it was the fact that it was summer.

Summer has been the busiest season according to Han, along with the experience I've had so far- it was definitely very hectic. The boys nodded and waved their goodbyes, the three of us left, heading for my car. Oh, I never mentioned that since Joo Min was arrested, his company buildings that stood next to the donut shop were demolished. Sure as hell I wasn't going to take over the business he corrupted, I didn't want to completely get rid of the company since my great-grandfather started it, so I gave it to one of the employees. I really don't understand why they had to make me decide that, but whatever. The two skyscrapers that used to stand, squishing the shop was now parking lots for the donut shop. The Choi's Company's main headquarters were moved somewhere to Busan, so that was definitely out the way, thank jisoos.
