They both slowly pulled away. Fern green eyes locked into another pair of bright sky blue ones.

Both Ladybug and Adrien were still in shock. This was not only their first kiss, but a fist kiss as individuals.

"L-Ladybug I-" before Adrien had the chance to explain himself from making the first move, Ladybug had a finger against those soft lips she tasted not too long ago.

She smiled, "I know," were the only words she whispered before leaning in to kiss the boy's cheek. She adored the way his cheeks flushed with a familiar shade of red that had always been on hers.

But this time it was his turn to be be one embarrassment. Be the one who stuttered.

Be the one who could call off her personal feelings by calling him "just a friend".

Just kidding, Ladybug knew she would never do that. Simply because the blonde was an oblivious idiot who just needed to grow a pair and reveal his true feelings to Marinette himself.

Ladybug slowly leaned away, eyes longing to kiss him again. Longing to have her hand in his.

Longing to be held in his arms...

She was instantly brought back to the present as she felt a hand cupping her cheek again.

The two continued to stare deeply into one another's eyes. Neither of them wanted to move, nor say anything to break the comforting silence of each other's presence.

Then finally, Ladybug knew it was getting late. And Adrien knew he had to get to Nino's.

"I've gotta go," She placed her hand on top of his. "A superhero's duty never ends."

Adrien smiled, understanding her words a bit too well. He nodded, and hesitantly put his hand down.

The spotted girl swung to the top of the lamppost she hung from and leaped to the wall of a close by building, beginning to climb.

She reached the top of the building, and she was about to sprint-

"Ladybug?"

She turned to hearing her name and looked down at the boy whom she just shared a special moment with. "Yes?"

Adrien's eyes could speak it all. "Stay safe out there, ok?" His voice was filled with concern, and she noticed that he was rubbing his wrists as a nervous habit. The habit she remembered when they were kids.

A smile escaped her lips, "I will, and thank you. You better get inside soon," she threw her yo-yo, "I don't want you to catch a cold."

Adrien watched as the love of his life swung away, out of view. He knew he had been blushing.

He felt his heart beating rapidly. He did it. He kissed her. But not as Chat Noir... as Adrien. Something inside him screamed out that he needed to kiss her, and nothing kept him from doing so.

Finally after about a minute or two in order to gather what the heck just happened, he turned around, walked out of the alleyway, and down the street.

He listened as the only thing he heard were loud droplets of rain water splattered onto the ground and the squeaking of his sneakers as a reaction from them getting wet.
