Finally!! It's the weekend!!
Alya groaned, face planting on the bed. Her face buried into a close by pillow.
Today had been brutal.
Why?
Well... Alya got the full story of what happened during Marinette and Luka's "hang out" last night.
Of course she didn't like the part about Luka kissing her bestie, but hey... that was just an opinion.
As long as Marinette had fun, it didn't bother Alya too badly.
The bluebell did ask for advice about liking two boys at the same time.
At first Alya didn't know how to answer, but she told her that Marinette simply just needed to figure out which boy made more sense to her. Someone she could relate to.
Secretly, she hoped her best friend could figure out how much she belonged to Adrien instead. Come on, the answer was totally obvious!!
Alya supposed that you couldn't just rush a relationship. Despite how much she wanted to..
Her phone buzzed from her nightstand. Releasing another groan, she reached over and picked it up.
Seeing who bothered her, made her smile.
The text came from Nino;
N: Sup babe, is it ok if I head over? Got a surprise for you.
Sure her boyfriend was a complete idiot, but he was her idiot.
She texted him back;
A: Sure thing, don't forget to ring the doorbell this time.
Alya giggled to herself. Yes, that had happened before. Long story short, one night her family met Nino and he accidentally came in the house without knocking or ringing the doorbell.
He set such a great example... but thankfully, Alya's parents saw past his mistake, and started getting to know him more.
When he left, of course her dad was more blunt of his answer. But her parents agreed to support their newfound relationship.
Twenty minutes later, the doorbell rang. Alya looked over her shoulder, "Gotta go, Marinette. Nino's here." She said to the bluenette as she stood.
"Kay Alya, byee!" Marinette said over the phone.
"See ya later, girl."
Alya called her bestie to discuss the recent love triangle situation. And possibly bringing her and Adrien's relationship a bit closer.
She walked out of her bedroom, heading for the front door, "I've got it!!" Alya yelled, opening the door.
And she was extremely glad that her parents or sisters hadn't answered...
Because Nino stood in front of her, holding a bouquet of tiger lilies in one hand, wearing a navy blue tuxedo and matching blue hat.
"Alya Césaire," He said with the biggest and dumbest grin, "Would you like to be my homecoming date?"
Immediately her arms wrapped tightly around his neck as she pressed her lips to his. "You know you're such a dork... right?" She whispered while pulling away.
"I know," Nino chuckled. Then his smile vanished and replaced with a look of slight fear, "But was that kiss basically a yes?"
Alya smirked as she took a flower from the beautifully arranged bouquet, taking a deep whiff, "Well~..."
Nino's eyes instantly went wide.
Alya's smirk broadened as she took the opportunity to grab his hat and placed it on her head, facing it backwards.
"Yes Nino," She giggled while leaning in to kiss his cheek, "It's a yes."
