"Hi how may I help you?" The store clerk asked James as he walked inside. He dressed in all black but no longer wore his white collar.

The clerk was a pretty blond girl with a high ponytail and bright pink cheeks that accented her sparkly whites.

Immediately her eyes twinkled at James.

He narrowed his gaze at the selection before meeting hers, "Hello, I was wondering ... do you have any wedding dresses?"

The blond girls lips dropped her smile, "Oh, as a matter of fact we do though not a grand selection."

She walked down a row and James followed, her heels clicked on the white tile floor.

"Will your fiancé be trying them on today?" The blond looked back but noticed no one else had accompanied him.

"No, she's out of the country at the moment. The dress is coming from me as a gift for our wedding." James couldn't help his heartbeat from racing at the idea of Elizabeth in a wedding dress.

"I see, and you have her measurements?"

James pulled out a small piece of paper in between his hands. The blond found the measurements to be quite petite but nodded then pulled out some pieces to show him.

"This one here is on sale for $300, it's very pretty. Do you know which style she would like?" She asked placing the dress in front of her as though she were modeling for him.

James looked at the small selection, there were only about 15 dresses in sight.

"I would prefer to see her in something long sleeved, lace if possible?" He looked through the racks analyzing which one would suit his beloved bride.

"Hmmm I think we have one with long sleeves." The blond pulled out a dress from all the way in the back. "It's a little ... vintage ? I would say. Not something modern brides usually pick." She said with a disapproving kind of face.

However James took the dress and lifted the plastic cover, he took in all the detail.

It was long, reaching the floor and had lace all around it with some beading on the chest. The other interesting part was that the dress had a high collar, which would reach Elizabeth's neck. The sleeves were long and would possibly pass her hands but still there was something classic and regal about the old dress.

James' eyes couldn't help but sparkle as he gazed at the heavily detailed gown before him and smiled.

"This one. This is it." He looked over at the confused blonds expression still beaming at her with happiness.

"How much?"

"Honey if it was up to me you could take that dress for free," she giggled before checking the tag. "Oh it's on sale for $150,"

"Do you happen to have any veils as well?"

The blond took out a box from the top of the shelf where the dressed hung, "For that dress....a laced veil would seem fit..." she rummaged through the box until she pulled out a rather long cathedral-like-veil. It was heavily laced as well with beading near the end of the train and the top of the trim.
