I wake up to the sound of wind furiously hitting the side of the house. I turn over, and slowly pull the covers off of me. I throw my legs over the side of the bed, and sigh. It's been a week since I figured out Beth wasn't real, and almost two weeks since Valerie made all these promises about me coming back to life.

All I know, is that I'm just done. Also that I'm going insane, but that's not our topic right now.

I walk outside, not bothering to put a shirt over my sports bra. I see the wind blowing the leafs real hard, and I see the sky is scary grey.

I step off of the porch, and on to the ground. Cool droplets of water immediately begin to hit me. I look up, and see rain pouring hard.

Then the impossible happens. Fire lights every tree in the phacinity of the area, then makes a circle around the house. I look around me shocked, then hear the familiar sound of Latin or whatever, and groan for what's to come. I then welcome the blinding pain in my head, and allow the typical blood to fall from my nose.

This time, instead of Valerie visiting me, I see a lady. I look at the lady confused, and she looks disgusted at my appearance. "Who are you? Where's Valerie? Are you real?" I ask, and she smiles an alarming smile. "My name is Esther. I am the one who sent you here." She says, and I feel hatred pulse through my veins. "Why?! Why did you send me here?! Why couldn't I at least go to the other side?!" I ask, and she sighs.

"There is so much you don't know, Gracelyn. May I explain?" She states, causing me to look at her suspiciously. "Yeah, but let's go sit down. Let me put a shirt on as well." I say, and we walk into the house.

I sit down ahead from her, and look at her expectantly. "Alright. Explain why I'm here. What I don't know. What's going on." I say, then trail off. She nods, then adjusts her already proper position.

"Gracelyn Genevieve Salvatore. You may believe that you were a normal human, also that you were then a normal vampire, but you are so much more, my love. You are a true beauty to this earth. Nothing supernatural, yet nothing human. You may not have powers, but you are very powerful. You are a queen." She says all this perfect sounding stuff, which makes no sense.

"Okay, Okay, stop. This isn't making sense what so ever. What do you mean I'm powerful? What do you mean I'm queen? What do you mean I'm not supernatural, nor human?" I ask, causing her to snicker. "You, my love, are the queen of all supernatural. Since the beginning of supernatural creatures, a ruler was to be born." She says, but I cut her off. "Why a 'queen' and not a king?" I ask. "The queen always overthrows the king." She responds, and I smirk. I settle into my seat, and prepare for the story time.
